Tried calling for a nebulizer and sat on hold for 25 minutes and still no one picked up . Luckily other places to shop . Very bad customer service .

I personally had an extremely bad experience going there last year October 2023. I went for a shot and was suggested an additional one that I accepted. Unfortunately, the agent that gave me the additional shot punched his finger with the needle and was bleeding. The whole staff started blaming me as a real criminal and accusing me of contaminating their agent with Hepatitis and HIV, kept giving me phone calls to go and do the blood works while initially telling me that it was optional. I had never seen that in my life. The same staff was asking him how did he do it, right after the incident.THEY kept following me with very wrong and disgraceful words and actions and found out that I was clear from those diseases. That agent was treated like a Saint, which was not right at all because the same way I can contaminate him, he can also contaminate me. He could have contaminated me too by being very unprofessional. He started with the additional shot and I refused to get the first shot from him. I wish I could sue them all if I could.I stopped going there after what happened.

Pharmacist very courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to help you get the Rx you need. Excellent vaccine service with very minimal waiting.

Only giving it a 2 because their prices are 90% less than CVS. The whole staff is usually good except for this last time... I have a Houston address on my DL and the African American lady with red hair like and an Annie ragdoll made me drive all the way home to find a receipt of a bill that proves I live within 50 miles of this location.. what that has to do with getting my prescription, I have no idea. They said it's a new policy they made within the past 6 months, funny how I've picked up the same prescription 10-15 times within the past 6 months and never once been asked to prove I live in the area. The lady was being real rude to me, idk why it all of sudden became an issue this time, it just seemed very apparent she was getting joy out of inconviencing me, this White lady from the staff chimed in and said she's the Pharmacist on duty and can do whatever she wants. Whether this is a racist issue or not I cannot be sure of but it seemed real unnecessary for one since this has never been an issue, but I do not appreciate her rude attitude at all.

I have been getting my prescription here and today the pharmacist tells me they will not fill it anymore unless it is from a local Doctor!

Photo center always has issues with my order! I love shopping local and picking up my photos in 1 hour plus they take off any photos I don't want. Yet every time I try to order something goes wrong: the kiosk loses my order, my coupon won't work, they the quality comes out blurry.

The store was clean and fully stocked. I went in looking for 3 specific items and was quickly and easily able to find them all because of the store's organization and signage. The cashier who checked me out was very friendly and helpful. Hadn't been in this store in years but will definitely consider coming back in the near future.

I have been faithful to this Walgreens for many years. They lost my faith, and my business today. I went through the drive-thru to get my monthly medicines. Being a new year, one of my medicines that is normally $15 was going to be $144. I looked for an online coupon while the girl went to retrieve my meds. I found a coupon and was filling it out when she told me she was going to go give someone a covid test. Ok. She finally came back to the window and I told her I had the discount card. She started asking me for various information that was not on the card. She left for a while then came back and told me this was taking too long, that I needed to drive around and get back at the end of the line!!!!!!! I was in shock, asked her if she was serious, and she said yes, she was serious. I drove around and waited in line again. When I finally got back to the window the pharmacist came and told me the price ($144) already included the discount card. I told him I have never paid this much for this medicine ever. He told me to go home and call my insurance. I said that I needed this medicine so I went ahead and paid for it. Before I left, I told the girl at the window that I am 62 years old and have never, ever, been told to go get at the end of the line because it was taking too long. She told me the pharmacist told her to have me do that. I told her to tell him I will be taking my business to CVS. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! Came in for flu shot, and was told if I didn't have an appointment I couldn't get one. I could go home and go online to schedule. Fair enough. That's exactly what I did. I arrived ten minutes prior to my appt time. 45 minutes later, I'm still waiting. When I asked how long it would be before my vaccination, I was told the pharmacist was preparing the vaccinations for everyone. EVERYONE? I'm only one person. It gets better. As I wait I have observed 3 individuals get appts while here in the store. A fourth lady was just told to go home and sign up at Walgreens.com. Are you kidding me. Oh wait. Pharmacist just came out only to call a patient with an appt 30 minutes after mine. She was kind enough to inform him that my appt was first. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Never again.
