Fourth day in a row that the internet has gone down. I work remotely. Credited $25 dollars that I will see on the next bill. I will be going to a different provider. This isn't okay.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Haven’t had internet for the last two weeks. Called they said they can’t give an estimate time frame when it will be back. Then told me they couldn’t get a technician out to look. Oh not to mention I pay $170 a month for my bill. These people told me they would credit $6.45 for two weeks without service. This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. I will never use Xfinity again! You are guys are straight trash!

We have been without internet since July 8, 2024. It's July 19, 2024. We were without electricity for from the 8th until the 12th (5days) yet Xfinity still can't us connected. We work from home and this is ridiculous! It's also a shame that even electricity can get on faster than our internet provider during this horrible time. By the time they get it fixed there will be another storm. They are completely unprepared! Will not answer any questions! They send texts that are false! For example: yesterday I got a text saying your service has been restored! No it HAS NOT!

Can’t get through to xfinity customer service. They showed we had our Internet restored from hurricane beryl and the entire month of July the line was cut. Couldn’t create a ticket in the app so waited an hour in the store to be told they don’t give a credit until service is restored, then they create a service ticket and can’t get a date!!! Do not get xfinity!

I have an xfinity downed line in back yard. Has been there for almost 3 weeks. Can not communicate with them by website, or phone. I do not have Xfinity....please come get your downed line.
