The Pharmacist was nice and friendly. I usually go to Walmart for my prescriptions, but found out some of them were cheaper there and the pharmacist was willing to more than the pharmacist at Walmart.

Hey Albertsons... you in the business of selling 6 month EXPIRED frozen pies!? Cuz ya sold one to me! Of course it wasn't discovered til I got home, ready to bake after dinner. Everyone - be sure to check those expiration dates prior to purchase. Keep your receipts! I'll be taking this back promptly.

At the deli this morning I ordered 3 types of cheese. The employee was very slow and talked while she was putting my order together. The results were two of the cheeses were price $1 to high and the other was completely the wrong brand. The manager was there and seemed nonchalant about the 30 minutes I had to wait on them to correct their incorrect work. He started changing prices immediately.
The deli has gone down in service and selection over the last several years.

Today 11/19/21, I went to this location with my mom. She had surgery in the morning and the doctor prescribed her some medicine. This was her second time, my first time going to this pharmacy. My mother had kindly asked about her other meds, which had been sent to a different pharmacy location (it’s a half hour away) by accident. They didn’t offer to transfer it or anything, but when we asked if they could the employees were just plain rude, they started all complaining and making excuses, talked about how difficult it was going to be and a hassle for them to do it. I totally understand that they were busy but, they didn’t even try to make time for us and didn’t make eye contact with us once until my mom said they were being unhelpful, that’s when I think they realized that they were being the way they were. They lightened up after that but it really ruined our grocery trip.

I will never use this pharmacy again! Maybe you have to look a certain way for them to be nice and polite to you because they sure did treat the woman ahead of me a lot different. The pharmacy tech/cashier was very rude in answering me when I asked about my gold rx discount card on file. I’ve been getting my medication filled at another Albertsons that at the time was close to my home but have since moved to this area so the cashier told me she had my card on file and had already applied the discount. I had my phone in hand with my gold rx card pulled up for her to look at but she abruptly said they had it so I wasn’t going to argue.I even called them when I got in my car and they told me that gold rx had gone up on the price of the medication so I called customer service and that was not the case. Albertsons wasn’t even willing to adjust the price for me after being contacted by a gold rx rep so they’re not very nice people at this location and it’s not a good feeling being treated like you are less than another person.

Albertsons Lakeworth Pharmacy has an amazing staff and brilliant pharmacists. They may not have a drive thru, Yet; when always greeted with a smile combined with efficiency, it's worth walking inside.Plus you develop a relationship with entire staff. This store has steadily gone down hill. Went this morning to buy groceries and had a quite a bit including vegetables. There were only self checkouts open and no attended registers. The young lady working the self checkout area had to come over 3 times to assist. It ended up taking me, the customer, twice as long to checkout. There is not enough room to place the scanned bags so I started putting them in my basket. The machine kept telling me to place them back in the bagged area. How are we expected to do this when there is no room without going to get another cart? This is unacceptable customer service! Needless to say this will likely be the last time I shop at this store.

I have said more than one time I wasn't going to shop here again. And after my last visit I'm going to stick to it. There is one cashier who i feel takes pride in her work. All other staff seem to hide when they see someone looking for assistance. For the prices they charge here I would expect someone to bag my groceries I'll drive the extra miles and go to Kroger from now on.
