Chris did an excellent job! We came in with a complicated situation involving our business account and merging accounts. Chris was knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us the most simple solution to get everything set up. This was the best experience at an AT&T store I've ever had, and next time I need to have anything taken care of, I'm going to be requesting Chris!

I needed a new service and phone. I was assisted my agent MJ. He provided professional service and was easy to talk to. I was able to understand all that was discussed. He answered all my questions and made my time there pleasant. Thank you.

After my screen finally gave out and went completely off. Jaime did everything he could to try and see if we could save it, but unfortunately I had to get a new one. Without having access to my old phone we didn’t think I was gonna be able to back up my iCloud and he did everything he could to make sure I left there with a working phone and all my memories from my old one. He was amazing, and so helpful.

I would never have thought an in-store. AT&T experience could be called fun, but the manager Sam, was next level, professional, helpful, time, efficient, and so funny! Before finally getting the help that I needed at this AT&T store, I had been on the phone with AT&T for two days, for multiple hours and was experiencing horribly unhelpful runarounds with multiple agents, telling me multiple different things, the AT&T over the phone experience was horrible. However, Sam from the LAKE WORTH store, redeemed it all because of how helpful and caring he was. For that reason, and that reason alone, I'm giving AT&T five stars. Thanks Sam you're the best!

Stopped in a couple months ago to get a iPad and the Hispanic guy was so great I wish I could remember his name! He helped me decide which one was better for me and I was in and out in less than 30 mins which was exactly what I wanted. Gunna go back soon and get WiFi added to my plan !

The 2 cell phones I bought do not work and the iPhone 12 does not work either, it only works with WiFi

Everyone is always so friendly at this location. MJ was able to help me immediately, had my problem resolved so quickly & had me in& out of the store ASAP!! I will be going back out of my way to this location so I can receive amazing customer service from MJ!!
