Like all of the other reviews have stated... "banking hours" have gotten out of hand. They close at 4pm on weekdays, they don't open until 10am on weekends. There is a line out the door consistently and they usually have 1 teller causing the wait to be 20-30 minutes for the most basic request. Big Banks are making too much money to treat their customers like this. Start moving to local banks and credit unions.

The banker deserve negative 5 star , he’s so rude I change my business account from chase to this bank, I needed to wire transfers and the banker is telling me why don’t you do it from home . A guy like him Shouldn’t be working in the bank . This is the 2nd time the first time I needed to update my signature since I open the account online they needed my signature, I went to the bank to do my signature and he was telling me why I didn’t do it when the mail was sent out to me , I’m not going to wait a week to get the mail and sign and send it bank to the bank will take forever to update since I can just do it at the bank right away.

I've avoided commercial banks for years. My wife and I had to open account here for "reasons" not related to my credit union. It took two trips because I had forgotten to unfreeze our credit. On the second visit we were able to easily get an account opened. Mr Batteau patiently took an hour to help us. He even arranged for their Merrill Lynch rep to contact us. Avoid weekend and after work crowds by using their app and ATMs that seem to be everywhere.

Not that bad! We were able to come in and get our accounts fixed just fine. I read some awful reviews but they seemed out of frustration. We had a just fine experience!

Always too busy to help. They want to make you an appointment to come back later. Terrible customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Deposited a check asked when funds would be available the teller said tomorrow 200$ will be available, and the remainder the following day at 5. Even had a receipt stating this. Woke up and no funds released and would be an 8 day hold! The check isn't even that much! When I called to speak to someone there's never anyone to answer the phone. I drove up there and talked to chad not even sure what his title is there but he stands in the lobby. Told him had I known I'd have taken it to where the check was from and cashed it beforehand! He said sorry nothing we can do. Then I asked to speak to manager oh manager is on vacation. Such a joke. Saturday waited in line for 30 min because only 2 tellers were working, and chad was standing in the lobby. Why not get back behind the counter Chad and not allow people to wait 30 min! Looking for a better bank.

HORRIBLE I experienced bank fraud- they never investigated, looked at me like I was insane for expecting them to do anything. Blamed me for not coming into the branch to deposit a check, when the line there are always long, they have not ever been helpful. To add insult to injury the bank manager had the nerve to tell me, of course, they deposited a counterfeit check- it was because I was a "valued customer". I feel sorry for the people not valued because they treated me like crap- but I don't see how you can treat people any worse.

The previous reviews are 100% correct. If you are ever in a rush, do not use this bank. There are too many other better choices there on Lake Worth Blvd. This would be my last. Their lobby is also dirty. Looked up in the corner to find a nest of huge spiders! 3 of them had made other nests. Check the area where the television is, around that left corner you will see lots of crawlers! Eeek! Scary bank, barely qualified staff and poor housekeeping. At least the greeter smiled and let us know about the 20 minute wait to speak with a customer rep..... mind you nobody else there was speaking with a rep at the time and we were the only ones there waiting to do so.

They charge $8 to cash a check if you don't have an account with them. That's ridiculous and straight up robbery. I know a lot of banks do it, but that's why I don't use most banks... especially Bank of America.

I attempted to save myself some time by opening an account online. After a fairly simple online application, I thought I was all set and just waiting on my debit card and such to come in the mail. I received those things a few days later...along with a letter stating they decided to close my accounts...I had to call to find out why. They were unable to verify my identity and I would need to go in person to reopen the accounts. So I go in on a Saturday and find a line wrapping around the lobby and almost out the door. Within 5 minutes of waiting in the line, I hear others in line starting to talk to one of the employees about the line and why they aren't properly staffed. This employee got extremely defensive and started rattling off a few excuses...a horrible way to diffuse the situation. A few people just walked out. All in all, I was very unimpressed with this place and decided not put my money in their hands. I found much better service at the Chase bank across the street!

SLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEST bank I have ever used. I do love using Bank of America though. This location is the closest to my house so that is why I use it. If you are going to be making a transaction and you see a car line.. GO INSIDE. The car line seriously takes forever. I only had 2 cars in front of me and I waiting in line for 35 mins! You really should have your stuff ready before you get to the window.
