The ATM's at this location don't work very well. I tried to deposit cash into my account. The screen on the atm went black, spit my card out and kept my cash. I had to call customer support to get it fixed.

My mom had an account for 20+ years, she recieved a check in the mail for a few thousand, assuming it's from her brothers estate she calls customer service indicating the bank branch near her closed so she didn't want to drive to another branch, and since it was drawn from bank of America, they tell her to deposit it. It's a scam she can't access her account and they close it. 20 year customer lost! And the service outrageous! The little money she did have, couldn't even get it, oh but they put a hardship on it and she will get it in 20 days

Absolutely love this branch. Customer service is beyond 5 stars. They greet you when you walk in and keep you informed on your place in line and are very very very nice and treat you like an individual. Elijah was very helpful and did all he could to assist me with my account and succeeded. =) DEFINETLY will always come to this branch.!

To preface this review, my experience influencing this post comes from my 10+ years of experience in customer service.The bank employees that attend to the customers that don’t go to the counter seem to do the best with what they can. The bank’s management seems extremely unconcerned with anyone who doesn’t fit her idealisms and when facing issues that are typically handled by management only, she seemed content to let others take the fall of blame for the lack of results. Management like that comes off as entitled and seem to believe they are untouchable and are no longer suitable for a job in customer service. The ladies at the counter seem to follow in suit giggling at frustrated long time customers.The ONLY saving grace to my experience was an employee named Shayna. The entire 5 hours I spent at Bank of America she was courteous to everyone she greeted, extremely professional, and worked up until after closing hours. She was kind to me, and 2 other customers who spoke kindly of her after they were helped. Bank of America in Lake Worth was extremely busy and she didn’t stop going above and beyond for those she was helping and it showed with the gratitude they displayed. Thank you Shayna.

Never bank with bank of America... They shut my account down without reason and I have not been able to get my money... I don't even have money to buy food or pay my bills because they shut my account down and told me it will take 30 days for them to mail me my money from my closed account... The worst bank ever! They closed my adult son's account for no reason and he had quite a bit of money in there. They said he has to wait 30 days to find out why his account was closed and 30 days to get his money back!

I hold a decent size stock position in Bank of America. I literally may sell my position just based off the experiences I have had at this location. I can’t believe in a company who makes this many poor customer experience decisions. I really would like to meet the store manager, I imagine it would all make sense. Their hours are terrible, they park their own cars in the drive through lanes so that customers can’t use them, forcing you to go inside where the lines are never shorter than 20 mins and they use one teller at a time. Let’s call this an L, and close this location. So sorry for anyone that has to deal with this.

Someone very bright at this branch decided it would be a bad idea to accept deposits through the ATM machines. This is an inconvenience to a large group of customers, as there are not many branch locations in town. One star because 0 stars is not an option.

Ok,..I love my Bank of America! But I don't like the idea, when my card is canceled, out of my account, I gotta wait to get my new card, THEN I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PIN #!!!,??! Yall should keep it simple. I still give it 5stars

If there were a ZERO stars option, that would be my choice. The banking hours are not convenient for those who actually have jobs. There is no reason the drive thru of a bank should open at 10 am. If you are NOT there before the line starts, you might as well be willing to wait 30 to 40 mins to make a deposit. They only utilize one lane in the drive thru. Yes, they have the ATM you can make deposits for, but if I send an employee to make a business deposit, they need to see an actual teller. Super inconvenient and frustrating. They are rude, slow, and the management is absolutely terrible at running this location. Corporate should just do away with the entire staff and hire new management and provide more than 2 tellers. Absolutely the worst bank location ever! The next closest one is 30 mins away! ? It also past 10 am and they still have their shades down as if they were closed! ?
