Great customer service.Cashier was really helpful. Place canceled one of my orders saying they didn’t have it, but cashier found that. Gave me same deal. I think her supervisor or Manager got upset with that.

If you are a person of of any color other than White Don’t ‼️‼️‼️ Shop at this location I was racially profiled I was returning some items that was purchased for me by my congregation as their First Lady and I was treated as if I had stolen these items and I spend so much money at this location it was so embarrassing that I reported them to corporate and they sent me a gift card but , I don’t want no one spending money here at this location that only want one ☝? kind of people shopping here I wish I could have given them zero stars

Sales staff was very friendly and helpful, but the store was tiny, and the product variety very limited. I.e. the hand soaps all had Shea butter, which we can't use. So it was a wasted effort. ?♀️

went in with my girlfriend, we were grabbing some stuff for my sick mother when the greeter badgered us about a floral fragrance, we tried to be polite and dismiss her so we could go on and shop but she couldnt take a hint and kept trying to recommend us fragrances. she was super pushy about stuff even after i stated i dont wear bath and body works scents, and even started asking about scents we dont like??? we had a dead end conversation that only wasted our time for the first few minutes we were there, which is inconvenient because my girlfriend is a college student and has homework we wanted to make it home for. every other worker was fine, like as polite you could ask for but im telling you this door greeter is worse than a lawyer cross examination. she also gave us a dirty look on the way out and was like pocket checking everything in my girlfriends bag?? idk super nosey if anything, thank God this one lady came and distracted her i thought i was never gonna escape. all happened on 4/7/24, checked life 360 and we got to the store at 2pm cst, she seemed young and probably in training but it was such a far reaching overstep that we will probably avoid this location for a month or two

I really enjoyed the customer service here and how everything was well stocked! The greeter at the front around 2pm on 04/07/24 rubbed me the wrong way with how pushy she was with the scent she was showing me and my boyfriend. Normally, you walk in through the door and a greeter will greet you and show you a scent and let you shop. But this particular greeter made it a point to ask me and my boyfriend what we thought about the scent she showed us. Which was odd because they never do that, so we were honest. We let her know it wasn’t really our cup of tea and she reacted very interesting. She came back very passive aggressive with us and it was almost as if we couldn’t leave the conversation. It was SO awkward. It almost ruined my experience shopping BUT every other worker made it a point to check on us after this conversation and made us feel very welcome and catered to! Just a shame one of the greeters is very passive and condescending. But she may be in training, I’m not sure!

This place is beautiful. The employees are so welcoming and the store is so well stocked and organized. You can never go wrong with this place, I promise you will leave every time with something you love and maybe even a gift for a special someone!!
