We stay here anytime we come to Fort Worth. We see the same friendly staff each visit from the gentleman that checks us in, to the breakfast hostess, to the gentlemen at the front desk in the morning and the housekeeping staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the rooms have black out shades.

Very nice place, nice staff. The Nescafe Machine in the lobby was most excellent!
The room was very well appointed and logically arraigned! Everything was very clean
I had a Belgian waffle and a Mochaccino from the Nescafe machine for breakfast! Very nice!
Comfort:
The bed and pillows were awesome.
Water pressure for the shower was very good.
The couch was the right height and very supportive and comfortable!
I always work when I travel. I hate office chairs with arms! The arms are ALWAYS digging into my hips! For the first time in all my travels -- NO ARMS ON THE OFFICE CHAIR! OH GLORY BE! So comfortable! (I am writing this from another hotel right now where the office chair is so bad I am sitting on an ottoman killing me back typing this!)
This place was batting 1000 in customer comfort until I hit the restroom -- Kindergarten toilets! You have to squat way down low and you are not sure just when you will make contact. Once you get down there you sit with knees under your chin. Then standing up when your knees are above your hips is always tough. Why? Why do hotels always do this? Save $20 per room for a miniature torture device! I just remodeled my restroom at home and have a lovely looking, incredibly comfortable fully ADA compliant commode for a lousy $129.
Over the lifetime of the unit the cost difference between medieval torture device and lovely throne like experience has to amortize out to a penny per day if not less. Why torture us for a penny per day? WHY?
This would have been an easy 5 stars put I have to pull a tart for the medieval torture device next to the batch tub!

Very clean rooms, beds were made and new towels put in the bathroom every night. Very nice and attentive staff, and really awesome location with a nice gas station, a Walmart, and lots of food options right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

I never leave reviews, but this was too much. I'm here for 2 nights because of work and when I finish my whole day working I come back to my room tired of working the whole day and I find my room like this!! Unacceptable!!!!

Everything is locked up! 2 days the pool was closed we cut our visit short. The bathrooms by the pool r locked always!

Was immediately greeted and checked in. Yash was so professional and recommended some local eats. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fresh and had many options. Room was clean and comfy. Parking was plenty too.

Great stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient with lots of restaurants and stores near by. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night. The body wash was out. The room was a king suite good size. The comforter was very thin, and it took a while to cool down. Overall, it was fine. No extra toiletries. Bar of soap and 1 makeup wipe.. no lotion... the shower was good. Some hard water stains and my tub plug was not attached. Little things..nothing big. .stayed in room 226.

Absolute worse hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never stay at a best western again. AC in the room was broken and was told to deal with it. The halls were cooler.
Also the manager didn't care about our complaint. Never staying at a best western again.

It has been a lovely experience. The staff are awesome, the rooms are clean, and so is the pool. I have stayed at allot of places ranging from bad to super luxury and I really like this hotel.

Rooms: The room was clean and bright. The TV, coffee maker, and microwave were all clean and worked well. The room was very quiet and the beds were cool and comfortable. All of the people who worked there were friendly, and overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay.
Nearby activities: The lake is nearby, there is also a shopping center across the street that I walked to.
Safety: There was police presence at the shopping center. The doors are all kept locked. My truck was not broken into.
Walkability: It's not a very high traffic area. It's definitely walkable.
