I went in for a broken exhaust manifold bolt. When trying to extract the bolt, the tech accidently drilled a hole into the head. They called me and informed me of the issue, got the head in, and installed it at no additional cost to me.

1st time I used them I had a manifold bolt that broke and heard ticking “HEMI TICK” for about 1 year in my 2016 Ram 1500.I brought my truck in and they showed me with a camera exactly what was wrong.1 day in the shop - fixed! >$1500 not $5kThat was 6 months ago.Fast forward 3/3/2024 my breaks were finally done (109k miles) and straight away Christian Brothers swapped out the rotors, breaks, did an oil change >$1400 and WOW what an amazing change new shoes and socks makes on this ole bird!I would recommend this location over any others.5 stars!Even followed up and checked to see if I was satisfied! 5 stars again!A Very Satisfied Client!Katherine Burk

My air suspension went out while I was working out of town. The dealership in town first took on my truck and sat on it for a week and did absolutely nothing. Made a call to this facility in Lake Worth talked with a gentleman named Zack and he took care of me from start to finish with his crew. Highly recommend this mechanic shop and facility top-notch service, They know how to follow up with the Customer to keep them informed of their vehicle. Hard to find service like this anywhere.

These mechanics kept my 2008 Honda fit running up until over 200,000 miles. I got a much better trade-in value for it than I expected, in part because they took such good care of it. They were always very straightforward about what service was absolutely necessary, and what could be put off to a future date. One of the bummers about moving away was losing their service as mechanics.

I'll tell the story as it happened: on 01/17, we called the shop to get information, James answered the phone and was very pleasant. I told him my dilemma, which was my son's truck, did not pass inspection due to a check engine light. James told us that it would need an hour of diagnosis, and it would be about $176.00. I asked him if I needed an appointment, and he said walk-in was fine. On the 17th, I showed up and talked to Janine and explained to her that we needed a state inspection, that we were going to attempt to get a waiver if it did not pass. I explained that the law said that I had to fail, then attempt to repair, then fail again. Janine said that the tech would check it out and let us know.We left the truck, and at about noon, we got a call from a tech and requested additional time to check as all emissions components were good and the light remained on. He said that he believed it was a short in the harness, and he needed to locate it to fix it. It all made sense, and I approved it. My truck remained in the shop, and at closing time, I called. My truck was not ready and was going to be kept overnight. The next day, on the 18th, we showed up at opening time to inquire about our truck as we had not received any calls. Janine told us the tech was still working on and needed more time, and we left. At about 1:00 pm, we decided to drive by to see where our truck was parked, it was outside. We dropped in, and Janines attitude changed she seemed annoyed. She told us that the tech was out and would be back in about 15 minutes; 40 minutes later we asked for an update and then she told us that our truck needed a harness, wixh would be 3 to $4000.00 as there was signs of rodent activity, but they could not locate the damage part. I told Janine that I came in for an inspection and to fail it, repar, then fail to apply for a waiver. She said that she could not do that but that she would check. Then, 30 minutes later, a man with a toothpick in his mouth came up to tell us that it could not be done, we decided to take our truck as we might just take it back yo our home state of Arizona. We paid $290.00 for something we did not request. Failed inspection, attempt to fix, then fail again. That is what Texas law requires to be granted a waiver ftom inspection.Day and half to check the truck was execive, and their communication completely sucks. It seems like they hold your vehicle hostage so you can experience separation anxiety and value the service the vehicle provides so they can hit you with heavier quotes. Our vehicle plate is Red Dakota AZ BJ1233 for reference. Make your choice, just let it be informed. The Christians Brother Mechanic Shop in Lake Worth will not be recommended by me to anyone I know. I I could leave the review with ZERO stars I would. WARNING!

I have spent roughly $7500 on my Mini Cooper repairs here and take my other cars here for basic maintenance. We have had a few ups and downs, but they resolved those issues with the best care and understanding, and we have been happy with them overall.

I've had work done on several vehicles over the last few years, and these folks are top notch. They aren't the cheapest or most expensive, but worth every penny when it comes to expertise, timeliness, customer care, and a job well done. I highly recommend them.Services: Exhaust

I'm new to the area and really wasn't sure who I could trust with my car. I dropped my Camaro off a few days ago with a overheating issue. I received a courtesy ride home and customer service has been great so far. I'm grateful to see the feedback from others experience. I'm praying my full experience is 5 star as well.UpdateI've had my car back for almost a week now and I'm so happy with how it's been running since the repairs to my coolant system. I'm extremely grateful to have been paired with service advisor Tim, because he went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and completely understood what needed to be repaired and why. My car was ready three days before expected, FANTASTIC ? but what really put the icing on the cake for me was the call to check on my vehicle a few days after the repairs were done. So thoughtful. Thanks Tim ? I prayed that I would receive a five star experience, and I certainly did! Waay more than I expected. Christian Brothers of Lake Worth, You are a 10 in my book. Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

WAY over priced! Charges $149.00 for each diagnostic test. Brought our car in at 7:30am and they didn’t look at it until the next day. The estimated repairs were way over priced.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There are so many things that go into a cross-country move and finding an automotive shop is among them. Finding one you can trust, of course, is a huge plus! When friends shared their experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive in Lake Worth, we knew that we had one less decision to make. Like our friends, we found the staff members to be professional and personable, answering our questions and keeping us in the loop the entire time. One more item crossed off the list. Thanks, Christian Brothers!Service: General repairs & maintenance

**UPDATE**: I would like to provide an update regarding my experience with Christian Brother's Automotive. After posting my review, the manager reached out almost immediately to address the issue, which was a commendable step. The vehicle was dropped off this morning and was fixed within two hours. While they still maintain their belief that I damaged the condenser, they took responsibility for the situation by replacing an AC line at their expense that they annotated as a possible issue that was preventing the AC from cooling accordingly. Additionally, they went above and beyond by fixing a separate issue with my vehicle, ensuring it would pass state inspection, and did so without charging me a dime. This willingness to make amends and provide additional service, despite our differing opinions on the condenser, demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to rectify problems. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the situation, and it shows they value their customers' feedback and concerns. I have adjusted the review accordingly and hope that they continue to uphold the warranty work if any other issues with my AC arise, and I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to them should another issue arise.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I had an utterly horrendous experience with Christian Brother's Automotive in Lake Worth today, and I will never use them again. In September 2022, I paid them nearly $4000 to fix my vehicle's AC, with the assurance of a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty. However, when I encountered further issues covered by the warranty last week with my AC not cooling, they not only refused to uphold the warranty, but also fabricated a false claim that I had caused damage to the condenser by hitting something while driving, which is insulting.Their attempt to charge me close to $1700 for warranty-covered work is an outrage and a clear breach of trust. What's worse, they exploited a diagnostic process to upsell services I didn't request, demonstrating a complete lack of integrity. To add insult to injury, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and AC diagnosis on this last Friday for a Monday morning appointment, dropping it off Sunday night, but they kept my vehicle instead for four days, ignoring my scheduled appointment and leaving me without transportation. Their diagnosis, TODAY, blaming me for the AC issue, is absurd and inexcusable.Christian Brother's Automotive's conduct in this matter is beyond disgraceful. They've shattered any semblance of trust, customer service, and professionalism. I would strongly advise anyone against using their services, as they clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and integrity, and I will be telling *everyone* I know to steer clear, and I truthfully hope that you do as well.

I came in on a Friday to get a state inspection with no issues, then on Sunday I went to change the oil and the hood wouldn't pop. Called them on Monday to ask if they would have popped the hood for the inspection they said yes. I proceeded to take my car back up there, mind you it's a 2021 VW atlas with 72,000 miles. They have us leave it for them to look at. Said they aren't the ones who broke the cable it's just wear and tear..... they wanted $400 to replace said cable we said no thank you put it back together and we would come get it. Now that we have it back we ordered the parts and are doing it ourselves but guess what. They didn't put under the hood back together and thank God it didn't over heat on us. They have panels blocking the radiator. Unacceptable and we will never be back
