Laura was very helpful and fastI have to change my review . The financing is a scam . I spoke with them and they told me to pay 212.28 monthly auto draft and it would be paid for no interest .Then the payments stopped being taken out. I assumed it was done.Now I check my credit and it says I have. 1,000 balance with Conns .I call and they tell me they quit taking payments in October and I still owed a couple hundred dollars .Now I owe that and 800 in interest.They QUIT TAKING THE PAYMENTS JUST TO GET ALL THAT MONEY FROM ME .SCAMMERS .How frustrating

We’ve ordered soooo much from them. Went back on Dec 29th and ordered over $5000 more of furniture. Set the delivery date for Jan 2nd. Was supposed to receive a call on the 1st giving me the arrival window. Never received it so I called the store and Sylvia doesn’t know why but our delivery date was moved to the 7th. Called back on the 2nd and Parker says there won’t be a truck in our area until that day so we just have to wait. So they will literally make you wait until it’s convenient for them to deliver to you and still charge you $200 to deliver. He did refund me the delivery charge but still would not deliver until it fit their schedule. Very poor cust service. They set the expectation and then refused to follow thru.

I had the absolute worst experience with the company. Buyer beware!!!! Do not purchase! I purchased my whole apartment furnishings from this company. The day of delivery I called 3 times to confirm delivery and each time I was given the run around. At the end of my delivery time window, I called and was told someone was 15 minutes away. After 30 mins of waiting I called back and was then told that they came to my home and “nobody was there” that was a complete lie. I then called the store and was told they couldn’t help me. Not only that they only offered to assist with 9% off the furniture purchase which was not even the cost of delivery. They were completely uncooperative and I tried to file a complaint with corporate and was only able to file a ticket. DO NOT BUY!!!!! I’m not even the one who usually complains but this is ridiculous!

Went there with my family, got a great bedroom set, they told me it would take 18 days for it to be delivered. When it gets delivered the bed frame is broken. I reject the set expecting a Re delivery. No notification or call for a few days, I had to call to see what was going on and the warehouse was extremely pushy and rude telling me i need to find someone because they scheduled the delivery already. I told them i wouldn’t be available so i gave them a date i would. I wait another week with no notification on when it would show up, i call again just to find out it’s been cancelled. I ask why they tell me the store never bothered back ordering the set. I contact the store and they tell me it will be another week. They don’t offer me any discounts or anything for the inconvenience. I have to ask them what they’re willing to do for me for the inconvenience and they offer me 10%. I accept and wait another week just to be told it wouldn’t be here until mid December. This has easily been the worst customer service. Nothing but excuses and zero communication. For the manager going forward with customers who’ve had an awful experience, offer them incentives to stay with y’all, keep them updated on their orders, and have your store properly stocked so customers don’t get stuck waiting a month like me.
