Love this place, they are really knowledgeable and took great care of what my vehicle needed and even took pictures of things I didn’t even know were wrong with my vehicle. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that really care about prioritizing safety and affordability.

Came in about 10 minutes before close with a flat tire inquiring about getting it possibly plugged. Brandon was so nice and willing to check the tire and see how we could get me safely back on road. Expected to be told to come back tomorrow but they were so nice and helpful! Would definately recommend this Firestone to others for your needs.

Had an appointment at 12:00. At 1:00, they finally pulled my car in to begin diagnosing the problem. At 1:30 they told me what the problem was (2 tire sensors needed to be replaced). I had also requested that my tires be rotated. They said it would be an additional hour and a half to repair car. 3 hours of my day (if it’s ready on time.) This is the second time I’ve been to this location with an appointment and I waited more than an hour beyond the appt time for them to even begin. Doubtful I’ll be back. An appointment should mean something. If it doesn’t, then stop offering them.

I was able to drop off 4 wheels and have new tires installed with no hassle. Prompt professional curtious service. I will use this location again when the need arises.

Good boys, very cooperative, they do the typical mechanic jumbo where they try to upsale you to purchase additional services you didnt want, but as long as you keep em focused they’re great. Maintenance professional.

Very bad experience. I waited 5 hours for an oil change, break inspections, balance and rotation. I paid all that and after checking the job, only the oil change was done. People at the front called Daniel Garcia told me that breaks are good and tires as well, but in reality all of them needed change (another honest mechanic told me since he saw my frustration). People at the front are not honest. Don’t go to this store

I am trying this different Firestone location for alignment and related. So far, the employees have seemed very competent and helpful. They have twice gotten my service underway within just minutes of my scheduled appoirtment times. I have no complaints!
