I brought my car up here for alignment and pulling, also requested for all tires to be checked. They fixed the pull, kinda, and said all tires were fine but not even a week later it started wobbling real bad. I bring my car to the dealership, they say I need brand new tires and that whoever worked on it before (FIRESTONE OF LAKE WORTH) should have caught it. Little blonde girl in front who said "nope we checked, you're good" obviously didn't check or see a thing. I'd post pics of this HORENDOUS tire FIRESTONE put back on the car and let me drive away with. Thank goodness Noone was hurt by the tire blowing out. If I could give negative reviews, I'd leave 4 more comments.

Sorry for this being so long, but here goes:Service Advisors: Jorge and Brandon.Technicians: Steve and IanI stopped by the store last Monday to schedule a brake inspection. Jorge said they could fit me in the next day.Dropped the Jeep off at 7am on Tuesday and it didn't take long for them to get back with me on what was needed. Since I DO offroad my 2004 Jeep TJ pretty hard, what they found didn't surprise me. Front brakes were still in good shape, but the rear drums were trashed.The parts ordered from NAPA were delivered pretty quickly and Steve knocked out the installation, but the drums were coming from AutoZone and when they were delivered, the boxes contained USED drums. Brandon (my service advisor) called AutoZone about the problem. It was getting pretty late in the day, so Brandon sent another one of his guys to pick get the NEW drums. About an hour before closing, Ian was back and Steve got the drums installed, everything buttoned up and test drive finished right at 7pm.I'll definitely use this shop for future work on the Jeep.

Been going here a hand full of times no trouble, got new tires on one vehicle they helped pull out some discounts, also lacey was able to get my brakes re serviced on a different vehicle under warranty because of my concerns without any trouble at no cost.The only thing is they do take awhile but I've always had good service from both clerks (I forget the gentlemans name) and trust them with my vehicle now. Have never been up sold.So if you plan to come here expect to wait.Nothing good ever came from things done quickly.

Dropped Car off on Tuesday at about 2PM with a Check Engine Light on and told there were 3 people in front of me. Wednesday I call at 11:45 and was told there was still 1 - 2 vehicles infront of mine. It wasn't until 3:30PM on Wednesday when I finally got a call as to what was needed for repairs.The work wasn't able to be completed until Thursday. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I feel like that if I leave the car and not wait then it gets pushed back in the line while those who say they are going to wait gets serviced immediately for diagnostic. Because of this had to use UBER on Wednesday for my husband to get to and from work. I have been using Tiresplus / Firestone Facilities pretty loyally since 2006 and in the past 1 - 2 years the service has been getting terrible. This is even worse then the COVID years.
