I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I called ahead to confirm all the items I needed were in stock before placing my order online. I was told everything was available. However, when I arrived at the store, I was asked if I wanted to add an item we had already discussed, an item I had already paid for.
I showed them my order confirmation for four items, but their system only showed three. Despite proof of purchase, they refused to give me the fourth item I paid for. I had to go to another store to get what I needed.
Save yourself the frustration and go to Vitamin Shoppe instead. This location is completely incompetent.

Diana was awesome when helping me get what I need and leave the door having to worry about the dollar amount. She makes sure you’re taken care of.

Be careful with this location (LakeWorth Center, 6304-A LakeWorth BLVD)They will trick you with the membership offer.Useless.I would avoid this place at all costs.Their continuous change of personnel says it all.Nobody will take responsibility.They play with expired promotions.Be vigilant when you have to deal especially with Virginia, (#5547), if you dare to ignore this warning.

I went into this location today to get something to help with my hair falling out. I just have to say the lady that works here is awesome. She has the best customer service, and is such a genuine soul. I will continue to do business with this location just because of her. Give this woman a bonus she obviously loves her job and is definitely good at it.

They have a sign up that says "Will be back in about 10 mins" I've been here for about an hour :/ (5pm-6:05pm) and still I'm waiting just want my pre workout to go workout. And my gym closes at 8 :/

OMG, the lady that works there is PERFECT for the job. She has vast amounts of knowledge and was super helpful. I think her name was Genie and she was awesome.

First time coming to this location. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I normally shop at the GNC in Alliance off of Feather Grass Ln but since they didn’t have all the shakes in stock I decided to try this location.
