Linda was amazing! She had snacks and drinks out for the early christmas shopping crowd , was so helpful on finding what we needed and handed out the 30% off coupon as soon as we walked in. This location is 10/10 customer service!

the store is absolutely beautiful ! customer service is amazing!! one of the employees was super fast and very helpful finding what i needed she's very kind and sweet i wish her the best! and engaging if theres anything i need help finding, i hope she knows that!! but other than that store is always clean , organized, great clearance selections, great wall decor , kitchen & dining even during the holidays too lots of great little gifts for him and her be sure you stop by and browse because youll find lots of neat stuff and get sales too!! and the store smells amazing too!!

I went in the store Mar 27th to return some picture frames I had a receipt, the cashier asked for my name and email I refused to give my email for security reasons. The cashier went and called a keyholder? so Im guessing not a supervisor? she imediatly asked me what the problem was, I told her there isnt a problem ...I dont want to give my email I just want my refund, she begain to tell me she doesnt understand what my problem is, I said again I DONT WANT TO GIVE MY EMAIL. I told her to just put in her email, she said no that I should have just given the cashier a fake email, Im like what? how is this so hard? she refused to give me a refund and I had to report her to her coporate office , waiting on response in the mean time NO refund so far. These two cashiers were horrible and they need to be repremended for treating a customer this way. The one walking away was the key holder and refused me her name and my refund. Did not expect this type of behavior in a Kirklands very disapointing. They didnt have name tags on, I cant I didnt get a refund because I wouldnt give Kirklands an email smh btw this is Kirklands at Lake Worth Tx

This Kirkland’s is actually really good. Excellent selection with great prices. The staff here are wonderful. I’ll tell you be careful coming in here to just browse. It’s almost impossible to come here and not leave without buying something!
