Love this store! I’ve been shopping here for years! The jeans are so comfortable! The prices are so good. Bought an outfit for a birthday party the girls were so helpful and offered such great service and suggested perfect add- ons. The credit card gives an extra 10%off and free shipping. Really a great boutique style store.

This is to recognize Fatima, Mel, Chelsea, and Sara at Maurice's Lake Worth store. All staff are helpful and offer honest opinions about what I chose for style and size. They offer but do not force selections. They were genuine! I had never had my clothing store until Maurice’s. I’m in my early 70s. I feared Maurice’s was for young women. Oh no! There are styles for everyone. I am a regular. I needed to rebuild my wardrobe after my husband’s chronic illness and my weight loss during 2024-25. The selections, fabrics, and prices are outstanding. Maurice has numerous sales, especially BOGO 50% off. I’m a big fan of online clearance because of the cost and free shipping to the store. If I left out some names I can’t remember, I apologize because they have all been great.

lol, stereotyping is real, especially at this store! I walked in, wasn’t greeted, nobody asked if i needed help, instead I was followed around the store and I didn’t even have a purse to steal these low quality clothes! Fully intended to walk in to find some clothes to up my style and was so disappointed! Do better.

Lake Worth store: Everyone was so helpful from bringing items they thought I might like to the dressing room, pointing out sales, items and sizing. They really went above and beyond.

Went in to purchase a few jeans. Chelsea greeted me and I asked for help on locating a specific style of Jean. She picked out a few pairs for me and got a room ready. She was very tentative to me. Overall my experience was amazing.

Had a crazy experience with a rude girl in the store Monday 11/27. She wouldn’t let me return a sweater that I had just picked up as an online order (it was brand new in the packaging and I had the receipt, literally just picked it up from them same night) unless I gave her my name, address, phone# and email to sign up for loyalty program. I did not want to sign up for the loyalty program because of how intensely rude she was from the moment I walked into the store. I can go on and on and I hope the REAL manager sees this, this chick was unhinged. This was also my first experience at Maurice’s. Super cute clothes but I won’t be returning to lake worth because of how this young woman was acting. She was being demeaning to her coworker as well, who seemed to be in training. She also didn’t want to give my sweater back to me after she said I had to sign up for loyalty in order to return it. I had to hold my hand out and ask for it back like 6 times. She didn’t want to give it back and also didn’t want me to return it. She was holding my purchased sweater hostage and refused to hand it back???? I was like??? She eventually did give it back to me after I reminded her that it’s still in fact my property … seems so silly !!!! Why in the world would she act like that???? so I read their entire return policy and called the Care Specialists. Corporate and policy confirmed that I don’t have to join loyalty to make a return. Honestly if she wasn’t acting so rude and strange I would have joined. I felt bad for her coworker. She claimed to be the manager but would not share her name with me and also instructed the other girl to not share her name! She acted like I was crazy, for no reason. It was truly the strangest human interaction, and if this was one of my employees I would want to know ASAP.

?Called to receive availability of an item per "limited availability" mesage via website & was just informed I needed to call each location individually to inquire if an item was available because she could only see info for her store. Now just last Thursday, I called & received info about the Everflex Straight M jeans and was told they were available in Denton, smh. Some folk should be careful when speaking untrue info(you never know who you're speaking to). Lake Worth is close to me; however, I have no problem driving to Denton to avoid patronizing such distasteful customer service. AnneMarie was awesome & super friendly!

If you return something make sure they return it to your proper account like you asked them too, so it doesn’t cost you $120 and ruin your perfect credit score.
