I never give a 5 Star rating however having to avoid my local Azle T-Mobile store due to my last visit finding a couple of idiots with zero customer service skills would rather accuse me of messing up the new phone purchased the day before then suggested that I take it to a Cellphone Technician which I did costing another $50 .This Lake Worth Metro store was a complete opposite experience having a Representative take ownership of my situation with an issue at their Customer Service Center. Prepared all my information on screen and handled 30 minutes of questions, which frankly I have no patience for.After hanging up he explained everything thoroughly regarding the new plan I was on having my expectations completely satisfied.Thanks for giving a new hope that customer service hasn't disappeared from our culture.

It was actually pretty chill. People at the counter were pretty nice, actually. (Indian couple) Never had an issue from this store, actually.

Shiny, clean and , extremely quiet store. I cannot speak to buying a phone but I go in frequently to pay my partner's bill and the associate is always friendly and efficient.

Fine. I was just surprised about their hours. Closed before dark? The hours of operation were not posted either.?I remember them being open until 9pm

The moment I walked in I was greeted and was immediately helped. Both ladies were friendly and efficient as well as professional. They helped me get a phone and upselled a case and protective screen. I was in and out quicker than I expected. I will most definitely visit this location again the next time I need assistance.

Called to get a quoted price on the joy tablets that are 15$ out the door with there promotions right now I had went to more than three stores that were out of them this lady named Blanca quoted me 33$ And said they had activation even though corporate said they didn’t her customer service is bad they tax customers for accessories never will go there…Blanca you need to be fired smh

Bought a phone less than 2 months ago, phone started acting up after the 2nd week. Brought to the store they asked to see the malfunction, since they did see the screen exiting on its own, phone going in and out of apps on its own and screen shaking could not help. Brought it back a couple of weeks later, they seen the problem, they placed an order for another phone but I still had to pay $23. I should not have to pay for a brand new phone malfunctioning.

Now this T-Mobile was absolutely awesome! Perfect customer treatment but they didn't have what I was looking for but they were apologetic about it and they helped me out anyway they could by giving me directions to another place I like that.

I came to the store after clocking out of work, with a crashed phone, having forgotten my pin, and a modest budget. Within 20 minutes, the store manager helped me find a phone that fit my budget, helped me recover my account successfully, and assisted me in upgrading my plan with metro. I wasn't upsold or delayed. Great service.

Just there for work nothing great
