***My review is specifically for their balloon service***
I came in in advance to drop off 25 balloons that I had purchased on Amazon that I needed filled 4 days later for a party I was throwing. I paid a helium fee for each balloon as well as the weights for the balloons which totaled $91. My pick up time was set for 11:00, I showed up at 11:40 to pick them up, and they hadn't even started on my balloons. I waited an entire hour for them to be filled, it took FOUR employees to figure out how to fill them and it looked like they were struggling, my balloons were not entirely inflated, and not even 2 hours Into them being home they started deflating. I will never ever go to Michaels again for this service.

Our favorite Michaels to go to with great customer service, the framing department was super helpful and June at the registers and on the floor was so helpful and sweet to my two little girls, thanks June! We will see you again soon!

The store is amazing great people and service was fantastic. This review is for the Credit Card. I signed up and had a horrible exp. Store is great just stay clear of the credit card offer!

This location impressed me. I called and spoke to an associate named Stephanie. She not only found what I needed but she also grabbed it for me while I placed my online order. Within 5 minutes of me hanging up with her, I received a text telling me my order was ready for pickup. Wow!!! Stephanie is the reason I will come back to this Michael's. Thank you!!!!
