These are some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There needs to be some additional training on a) speaking clearly and b) NOT being rude to a potential customer. No matter the situation I find myself in, I will not ever grant these people the business.

Customer satisfaction is terrible. Loan process is absolutely ridiculous, for rates and payments that are far less than desirable. 1/10 do not reccomend. I was approved, but process was so horrendous it wasn't worth finishing. Glad I did the process over the phone. Would've been in the store all day with nothing to show. Look elsewhere for your credit needs.

Place used to be good but now is terrible. Got a loan and they are adding insurance and increasing my loan amount when proof of insurance was already provided. They won’t refund the money when the error was on their end and will continue to double charge me insurance. This place is a scam take your money else where. Customer services is trash. This is just a 9-5 to them they don’t care who they screw over. “ it’s not their money, it’s not their fault” when they literally are in charge of handling documents

Waste of time they're too busy on collection calls to give out loans waited almost three days and no one would call me, so in frustration I canceled the request. Wouldn't recommend.
