Today I went in and Sy helped me. He literally had me in tears when I walked out. He shown great compassion and kindness towards me when we live in a world where it’s okay not to be. Even though I came in for a tire, Sy made me feel like I was important and that my life mattered. I will always remember and appreciate Sy for that. I pray God blesses you!

Wonderful experience! Madison at the front desk was very personable, professional, and gave excellent customer service. Zack, who was the technician was also wonderful, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Everything was done in a timely manner and they did a free break inspection for me. I will be returning!

Our car broke down right in front of Pep Boys, and we were able to get it parked. Joshua was super busy and super kind and helpful. We needed a new battery and alternator. They got it done in less than 24 hours, and Joshua handled it with kindness and professionalism. I recommend these guys, for sure!

I have taken my car to the Lake Worth, TX store multiple times and as a customer waiting because I was told it will take this amount of time. As always it takes more time because I feel they add services, take breaks while customer is waiting and extend the time. I was jacked around for the last time, I’m going somewhere else from now on. The mechanic just lost you a customer plus more, you should give him a raise lol.
