They fixed my truck and the ⁷!power steering fluid leak like fast so I'm ecstatic. Morales was easy to talk to and Joshua was the one who serviced it. Thanks pep boys now I got some pep in my step again.(Update the hose from the PSF resvoir they put too close to the fan blade and it started clanking and now it's out of power steering fluid and the hose done for.) That's why I changed it to one star. He tried to tell me there's 4 hoses that come from it aswell.

Nice workers...but it did take a while and I had to return the next day to have my tires balanced (another 2 hours) because corporate turned off the power before they could complete the job??

Jose was very professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the wait time for my tire to be delivered. After receiving the tire 3 hours later they expedited process and had me back on the road in minutes. Great Job Team.Thanks KC

So... My girl friend said Walmart can't change the oil because the previous oil changer over tightened the filter... Well that was pep boys. After about 2 hours I finally got the filter off... Had to epoxy the wrench to the filter... Then I go for the drain plug.... Wow.... Tight as phuk...I doubt this was accidental.

I went there with an engine code . They got me in quickly, which was great . However, I was charged a hundred dollar diagnostic fee. Overpriced part replacement , and a two hour labor cost, on a simple procedure. Overall, I will better research any further problems in the future.

11:15 - I call to confirm that they work on tesla tires, and ask how long it will take. I'm told it should be in the garage in 20-30 minutes after I get there.11:35 - I've dropped off the car and key card, I go for a walk.11:54 - I get a text with a link to a service page. Estimated pickup is 2:00.2:00 - My car has not been moved from where I left it. When I ask how much longer it will be, I am told about 45 minutes.2:30 - I check the service page, where it says my car should be ready by 3:15.3:15 - I ask how much longer until my car is ready, I am told 20 minutes.3:30 - I finally have my car back.A 4 hour wait for two tires.

Where do I start? I was never contacted back for a simple question or for that matter to confirm my appointment. Nobody told me my car was ready when they finished their work on it. At the end I was being up-charged $70. I literally saw/heard at least two more customers apart from myself with the same complaints (charge was incorrect/never contacted back about vehicle being ready). My rims looked scratched now, which they weren’t when I took my car in. I would advise to avoid this Pep boys, can’t talk about the other ones but this one is the worst.

Lamanza, Josh, Jose and Hilario are all amazing!!Lamanza was very helpful to make sure I got the right think checked!I really appreciated Josh showing me where my brake fluid was leaking so that I could see it for myself! ?Hilario printed out an estimate of the replacement part that I’ll need to order and was careful to explain how easy it would go in and hook up to the system once I get it!Jose was also very helpful and friendly when answering my questions on the phone and in person!Great crew here!! I highly recommend!

Went in for a appt for Alignment, got me right in and there was one vehicle in front of me. Service writers were excellent on letting me know progress. Truck drove like new. Thanks Johnny and the crew. 100% all around.,
