I came to Posh nails b for the first time and Jess did my nails. Oh my goodness!!! She is AMAZING!! So gentle and did my nails so perfect!! Exactly like I asked! Plus asked me if they were like I wanted b or did she need to change v anything. WOW!! She v will certainly be my new nail tech!! I. Love I'm Justin but I will make trip to come see her again!!!

I have been going to Posh at 3838 Boatclub for a number of years. When I first started going I always requested Kim, she sat to the right as soon as you entered the salon. She was wonderful. I haven't seen her there for quite some time.
I feel like in the last year, year and a half, customer service and quality of the nails has gone down hill. The last couple of times I've been, have not been the best.
This last time I was there, just a couple of days ago? the nail tech brought her phone over and put it on the table. It was clear that she had earbuds in even though her hair hid them. The whole time she was doing my nails she was watching what appeared to be a Vietnamese soap opera. She would pause periodically while doing my nails to watch a scene and she was looking at her phone while she was filing my nails. She didn't double check the shape or length of my nails before she finished them. The nails came out ok, but some of them are not shaped evenly. On 3 of my nails, one side of the nail is longer than the other.
It was very clear that she was distracted by her soap opera the whole time and she only spoke to me maybe 2 times. It was a little uncomfortable.
I'm disappointed that this salon has gone down hill, they used to be the best one around.

My husband and I both got pedicures. The ladies who took care of us were friendly and silly and we had a great time. The pedicures were very well done and definitely some of the best we’ve experienced. Will be back.

1st picture is what I asked for, 2nd picture is what I got, & the 3rd is what my original nail tech did & fixed. I did not like them, but I made them aware & there were no issues with getting a refund! the service was good , I just can’t go back. only reason I went to this location was because my nail tech was booked and needed something done that day. & yes it was this location at 3939 Boat Club Rd, Lake Worth, TX 76135- behind albertson. leave my review up so others can see yalls work.

I feel like if you are paying for nails then they should look good but this place is like every other one. Always feel rushed and end up with inconsistent shape and form across both hands. Sloppy polish with irregular edge shape at the nail bed. Tips that tilt upward . its not good at all but you are rushed in and out so they can get the next person and I feel like these nail techs are in the buisness because it's family owned and they kinda have to.....nevermind if they like it enough to put effort in and do it well or have any type of talent for things like this. its just crappy
