Our washer went down had to make an emergency trip up here. Way too hot in there, way too many appliances are down plus the dispenser area is dirty!

I added about 6.25 into a washing machine when it was just suppose to be 4.25, it stopped taking quarters at 1.25

My first time here, the manager verbally attacked a lady because she requested help when her clithes got stuck in the washer. She refused to assist the lady then started a fight with her in front of her children, then proceeded to call the police on the woman. The managers language was foul, and she told the police a false story. I will never come back. Most of the machines are broken.

A total of five rolling baskets is not nearly enough for people to move their laundry around. Broken buttons, out of order washing machines, one of the change machine is out of order. Never coming back to this dump!

This place is absolutely the worse, I just witnessed the lady manager idk if the owner, discriminate an older couple. The older lady was in an area and she started screaming to her telling her that she had to ask for permission, and telling her that they had just arrived from another state and she was born in Texas and they had no rights??? What??? This is clearly a case of discrimination. I couldn't stay because I was on my way out, but I will not be back and the abusive language this lady used with this couple. It was absolutely appalling behavior.

Probably my favorite laundry mat on this side of town! 24 hours! Can't beat that! You can pick up Dollar Generals public wifi, the liquor store and Big Lots are across the street if you can't be bothered to sit and wait for your clothes to wash and/or dry!!

The nice lady that works here in the morning is always so helpful. She's always keeping it clean and has a pleasant word for everyone. NOT a lot of loud music and chaos going on.

This place stay filthy, the restrooms too. The machine are old and outdated, and I still haven’t heard back about my refund cause one of the machines took my money and yes I filled out the appropriate form. Y’all don’t deserve the one star I gave you I was being generous.. YALL NEED TO DO BETTER , and the audacity of you to increase the price is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!
