I went into the Sally's in Lake Worth to buy a perm solution. The lady at the register would not sell it to me because I was not a licensed professional hairstylist. I had purchased this solution from Sally's many times before. I ended up having to get a different solution I had never used before. Which was not as good as the one I originally tried to get. Then the lady furthermore insulted me by asking if I even knew what all I needed to do this at home perm. I may not be be professionally licensed, but have done at home perms for many years. Shame on you lady at Sally's!!

Everyone that works here is so helpful, especially the store manager, Nancy. Anytime I've been here, I can ask her questions about hair products and she is so helpful. I love Sally's.

Don't go here. They don't back the products they sell. Went to return products that didn't work and they refused giving my money back or replacing them. The older white lady was rude and came up with every excuse in the book. I've been doing hair for thirty years, and they tried to blame me.

I placed an online order here and went to pick it up an hour later, and the order was canceled without a reason why. Since I was already there, I went inside the store to find out why my order was canceled. They stated that their truck was still sitting in the back and they have not unloaded it so they were out of the items I ordered. They said to come back the following day because they were not going to unload their truck that evening. I placed another online order, and that one was also canceled. I do not know why they could not unload their truck in a matter of two days. Their online system does not match up with what items are actually in their store. I was very, very disappointed. I don’t know how retailer plans to stay in business, if they do not restock their items. I also think that they should’ve at least called me back to tell me they did not have the things in the order. It is my opinion that the merchandise that you order online should coincide with merchandise in the store.

Just went to this store today for hair bleach. The first lady that helped me was not really listening to what i was telling her and she was kind of patronizing. Butttt then Andrea (i think that was her name) helped me after that, and she was the absolute besttttt. She helped me find exactly what I needed which wasn’t really what the first lady was guiding me towards. She’s the best and so nice too. Give Andrea a raise, she made my day and helped my anxiety

the manager nancy has 0 communication skills other than pushing sales into the customers face. nancy is also very passive aggressive towards her employees. nancy will not sell you a product that will work for you, but will sell you a product just because theirs a sale and she will get rewarded for selling said item. i've been coming here for years and have always had an issue with this manager. yes she looks good on paper, but as a customer, me and my friends / family always feel so unheard and just not listened to. she's never recommended us a product that did what we needed it to do. i've never had this issue with any of her employees thought, they are all such great and attentive workers and will always recommend the best products for what i'm looking for. she is also extremely racist. i overheard her conversation with an employee and she (nancy) stated that "any Spanish speaking customer needs to learn english before entering the establishment because 'if they're gonna be here, they need to know the language'" which i find absolutely disgusting. 0/10. i do not recommend going to this store on a day nancy is working.

If I could give this store, zero stars, I would lie the sales people that work there are very disconnected with what someone needs with their hair types, textures, etc. young , uneducated very rude, and speak to people in a very condescending way please do not visit this place. I guarantee your hair will get messed up if you take any of their advice.

I came in today looking for a specific item. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I mentioned what I was looking for, and she immediately came to help me look. I was super impressed by the help I received while shopping today. I don't come into Sally's very often, but I was pleasantly surprised today.

It says online and sin on door clearly that this location closes at 8 pm on Thursday. I arrive at 7:35, and door is locked. There are 2 employees in there, won't even come to the door. I tell the dark haired lady that it isn't even 8:00 and sign says they close at 8pm. She shrugs her shoulders and says sorry. The older woman won't even look up and acknowledge I'm even there. I ask her is there a number to call. Shoulder shrug again . So unprofessional. I will never shop this location again.
