This company is so incredibly crooked. I've lost thousands to their internet outages as I WFH. But there are no other options for internet where I live. Completely corrupt. Buy elsewhere if you can.

I do not recognize spectrum mobile, I bought an iPhone 15 pro and I wanted to exchange it for the 15 pro max and they made me wait until the 15th day had passed so as not to make the change, telling a lie that it was out of stock. Now I have to pay for a phone that I don't like.

This service gives great discounts to new customers, but after a year it becomes very expensive. There are no promotional discounts given to existing customers. I have been with them for 25 years, and when I call for a break in monthly costs, the answer is no.

I got to Lake worth Store to activate my lines at 10am this morning 1 gentleman was helping us it took like 1 hour to activate 2 at 4 lines they run through an issue, another guy with Man Chris came out from behind the Doors and he told me to go set in another Table and call spectrum because he has to take another customer which it was 1 customer waiting and 3 employees in the Store I was so disappointed how he did talk to me.I work customer relations I never talked to a person like he did.
