I have always used this place for so many years. Today they printed my business cards and I only noticed after that the location was not showing on the card. I requested another set of cards. This polite girl with great customer service was ready to replace my cards. Her supervisor for the day refused. Can you believe they rather trash the second sets of cards that they already printed than do an exchange if I do not pay for the new cards?
What am I supposed to do with the old ones?
Worst customer service ever.
I will take my business elsewhere together with all my referrals to that place.

On 06/19, I visited and tried to make a purchase with a printed copy, leaving my card behind. I was informed that Apple Pay was unavailable and that I would have to wait in line. After waiting for 15 minutes, I observed that cashier Amy was on the phone with a customer, while four others were waiting. I asked for assistance, and after five minutes, someone came to her aid. Nevertheless, when Amy was ready to serve me, I was kept waiting again as she talked about her previous phone call.

If you gonna be there for Amazon returns, go somewhere else better. The manager told me that they didn't make any money off of Amazon, so they treat Amazon customers like ....

Everything was labeled per isles as well as the back to school kiosks. I found everything I needed exept for Manilla paper and AAA batteries. Very helpful

Austin is THE BEST!!! as soon as we walked in, we had questions and Austin stopped everything he was doing to help us.then he went and got what we needed while we waited, made it just so wonderful and so easy and looked it up for us and did so much for us and we cannot be more grateful. He is so knowledgeable and so good and so friendly and so wonderful at what he does we will go to Austin from here on out..

I would like to share my recent experience with Stephen at the print service
Center.
He is more than patient I had a lot of trouble with my phone downloading the documents for printing!
Again is a great asset to the company with his patience
And knowledge!
Again I recommend Staples at lake Worth I have reviewed many other employees here in the past!
Customer service that is strongest 😄
Most companies do not have
Valuable and compassionate employees who listen and take their time to help the customers needs!
Again Stephen is appreciated!

This has truly been the most frustrating printing experience of my life. It took over an hour and cost me $9 to print 10 pages of black and white docunents.
There was a line at the full service center, and they told me it would be at least an hour, so I tried to use the self-help kiosks. My debit card's chip broke last week, and it refuses to let me swipe my card. One of the employees told me that they offer cash cards that work on their machines... and apparently ONLY their self service printers as I'm soon to find out.
So the guy charges me $6 for a cash card with $6 on it. THAT checkout doesn't let me swipe either, so I'm out $6 in cash. So now I have my cash cars, and I try to use it on the self-help printers, and it keeps giving me the same error I had before.
So they come out and reboot one of the machines, which takes 15 full minutes of me standing around.
It has a printer jam error. So I tell the guy behind the desk, who not only doesn't un-jam the printer, he takes my reciept and cash card since it must be an issue with the card. He gives back the card, but not my reciept. 2 minutes later he's gone, and so is my reciept.
So whatever, someone FINALLY comes and overrides one of the machines so I can print my stuff and check out at a cash register. Guess what? My card doesn't work in their machine either! So they try the cash card. It doesn't work either. So I'm out another $4 in cash (which I rarely carry).
They tell me that I can refund the cash card as long as I have my reciept. Nope, that guy took it and is now gone.
Truly, I will never be coming back, and will be actively warning everyone I know about how awful this experience was. This was agonizing to experience, sincerely: do better.

I visit this store to print documents or to do my online shopping returns. They have always been friendly and helpful! The print from email feature on their printers is so convenient!! The prices are fair!
