Took my wife to this location for a new hair style that she seen in a fashion hair book. When we got there she was immediately attended by a so called stylist, but after she got her to her station and started to work on her hair...she looked pretty nervous?? She kept looking at her watch and more worried about her next appointment which was at 1:30 pm!?!? Plus she told my wife she JUST GRADUATED from a beauty/hair school!?!? To put it in perspective....my wife was NOT PLEASED with both the service or end result!!! I really think your salons should let these women start with children's hair cuts for awhile and work themselves up to adult hair styles??!!?? When a new client comes to your salons to offer someone that's has several years of experience cutting and sculpting hair for adults!?!? We probably will not be going back to your salons unfortunately.....should have gone to Pro Cuts!!! Very unprofessional stylist attended my wife and for what we were charged!!!

shopping for my friends birthday gift and some hair care for myself, i have red colored hair and I'm picky about maintaining it. Alexis helped me and was super nice and we just yapped a little :') we could have been friends outside of ulta after bonding a little but i couldnt catch her again after shopping for another 10 minutes. Super sad about that but my overall experience was great ☆

Not ashamed to say, I’m losing a bunch of weight and don’t want saggy skin. A very polite young man helped me find a topical cream that works wonders for ladies losing baby weight. I’m not shy, so I’m trying it out. I can’t remember the name of the product, I just call it belly jelly.

I went to ulta to smell the coco cabana purfume. I was with my grandma and we were just standing around. This really nice worker I belive named Britney? She picked up the purume a bought it for me. She is the nicest worker I've ever met. She made my whole Day.

I’ve been in twice now. I’ve had Gloria do my hair. Excellent job. I highly recommend her. I bought a few things while I was there. Excellent service lots of free parking and it’s right next to Target, Ross, Marshalls, etc..

I came in with my mother looking for a Father’s Day fragrance but did not know where to began. As soon as we arrived into the fragrance area in the store Penny welcomed us and offered assistance. There was another customer seeking help at the same time as us. Penny was gracious enough to help us while checking on them. The other guest did not seem to care that we were actively being helped. She seemed to be more concerned about her needs and only her needs. The same guest made a spill by carelessly shaking the coffee beans, penny informed her that the guest the beans are meant to be sniff. While helping us she also tried helping the guest and offered to show that guest what the item looked like in the box. The guest wanted to hold the box but of course bc of theft penny was reluctant to let go. The guest did seem offended at pennys reluctant to have her hold it and said “you can leg go I’m not going to steal it” the guest was on the phone trying to take a picture while holding the box and penny tried to help hold the box for her as she took the picture. My mother and I were annoyed for her. I had a very experience today with penny.

I bought IGK hair color from them.. I normally buy Madison Reed from them but decided to go with this brand after consulting one of their team members.
The color didn't take. I called back to the store to ask what to do because I just paid for this and it didn't work. I did everything the same as before, just bought a different brand.
She told me they can't help me if I don't have 75% of the product left. HOW WOULD I HAVE 75% OF THE PRODUCT LEFT ON HAIR COLOR?
I have been going to Ulta for over 10 years and have their credit card. I won't return to this location.
They don't go above and beyond to help and they don't care about your experience or backing the products they sell. ESPECIALLY when I just wanted a replacement. I spent close to $80 dollars that day and spent the time to use your product to call in and get your lack of customer service.
