HORRIBLE service. I was almost done with my antibiotics but still wasn't better. My doc told me to continue the antibiotics and told me to refill my prescription. I call Walgreens in Lake Worth. They say they will have my prescription ready in 90 minutes. I'm sick and in a wheelchair so my friend goes to pick it up. They give him a different prescription from the one I needed. When he gets back, I call the pharmacy. They say they don't have the prescription I needed and they ordered it. No one bothered to call and tell me this. No one told my friend when he picked it up. When I explained I'm already on the antibiotic and can't stop it, the guy on the phone was rude, condescending, and basically said they don't care. They told me it was up to me to call all the Walgreens and see if they have it. The first one I called in White Settlement, looked in their system and told me which Walgreens had the medicine available now. I will be switching stores to White Settlement even though I have to drive several more miles. The one in Lake Worth is consistently late and this is not the first time they have been rude and unwilling to provide decent service.

Pharmacy never has shit ready. 7 hours and I drive up there for them to tell me they don't have it and have to get it from a warehouse. A phone call would have been nice so I can call my doctor for a different medication. Mfs this is the SLOWEST PHARMACY. USUALLY IT TAKES HOURS FOR THEM TO FILL IT. My refill was 3 hours last time and 5 hours before that refill. I'm tired. Switching after I get this medication.

These people double charged me for my online photo order. Despite having an email receipt and showing them my credit card transaction, they insisted that I pay again to pick up my photo gift. This is an evil corporation gouging consumers-first for prescriptions now for photos!

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my husbands prescriptions while he was at work. I went through the drive through. As I was driving off I realized they sold me a medication he no longer takes. I immediately parked and went to the counter (less then 60 seconds after purchase) and the pharmacist refused to take the medication back. Medication is still SEALED in a plastic deliver bag. She said it is against policy to take medication back once it leaves their hands. WTH $60 wasted for a medication I didn't ask for or want.

I don’t remember the name of your late-night pharmacist who was there tonight, but y’all, she was kind, efficient, and knowledgable. Give her a raise or a medal or at least a cup of coffee.

Pharmacist has horrible attitude and is very rude. I couldn't get through to anybody on the phone and the drive-through had a long line so I went inside to ask a question. Upon learning that I was almost feverish, she informed me that I did not need to be in there and wouldn't answer my question. I don't have time for rude animals when I'm the customer and I go in with a question. It would greatly help it I could get ahold of a human being when I call the store. Never returning again

I recently went to this Walgreens, and was checked out by an employee named Brianna. When I was checking out, she was on the phone speaking with someone. I was not greeted after I said hello. Instead, this employee proceed to talk on the phone about her personal issues. Such as, her pregnancy and relationship issues. I felt uncomfortable hearing such issues, and did not think it was professional. I understand working at walgreens, employees are probably paid within minimum wage and it is not the most exciting job. So I understand that there is no need to go above and beyond. However, I also do not agree that is it okay to speak on the phone about your personal problems while checking out customers?

This is nuts. What happened to customer service? 20+registers and only 2 cashiers. I refuse to self check out when this store has ample employees who can check out patrons standing in lines 6 deep.

Dropped off prescription for 2 things last night around 8:30pm. Was told it would be 45 minutes for them to have it ready. Went and got something to eat down the road, came back to pick up meds, was told by a totally different person (original person was gone) that it would be another 20 minutes. Waited for the extra time, picked up meds, drove 30 minutes home only to find they incorrectly filled my meds and I was over charged because of it. Would not recommend using this pharmacy unless absolutely necessary.

The worst pharmacy to ever rely on. They don't care at all of people's needs and can never give you reliable information. Absolutely displeased with the lack of professionalism and accountability. I also left a very detailed review on google for this unpleasant experience. I don't like to leave negative reviews unless it's absolutely necessary and this is definitely one of those. I'm a post partum mom of 2 weeks and have been having fever due to An infection. Geez! all i wanted was my antibiotic and they seriously couldn't do that correctly or at all for this matter.

I called the pharmacy to get my prescription for my migraine meds transferred I was told it could take up to 2 hours for it to be filled after being transferred, waited 2 hours just to call and the transfer never actually happened or was processed and now they are worried the other pharmacy it was supposed to be transferred from is closed so I have to wait.... very frustrating.
