ZERO STARS THIS PLACE IS A JOKE..... the guy at the register literally had to USE A CALCULATOR TO FIGURE OJT THE CHANGE DUE FROM A TOTAL OF 63.98$ WHEN GIVEN 64.00$$$ Not to mention several other issues we had while we were at the store.

This Walgreens has gone downhill recently. 1) The pharmacy used to be pretty seamless. Filling my refills, automatically. They would deal with my insurance, and everything generally went smooth. The older lady at the front desk would always greet me and was pleasant. Now the pharmacy is a mess, no one is on the same page. Too many mishaps to carry on about. 2) Their merchandise is so overpriced, unless it's on clearance. 3) Their system is always running slow, or crashed completely. But the singular incident that pushed me off the edge was a girl I'd never saw before at the front register. 4) Did not smile, was intentionally RUDE and dismissive. because I overlooked the small print and decided to return the one item. She presented me with a mean, spiteful BAD attitude, as if I ruined her whole day. Young employees , get over yourself and learn customer Service skills. Empathy, friendlyness, and make customers feel welcome.

Pharmacist: Very unprofessional. The pharmacist assistant told her I needed her help while the pharmacist was at a corner on a personal phone call; she continued on the phone, then walked by the counter and continued on her call. I stood there a little longer (I was the only customer waiting) and it was obvious she was ignoring me, so I walked away. I had a question about a medication. I would have not given this review, except this is the second time she acts unprofessional with me. The first time she acted indifferent when I asked about a COVID and flu shot. She was very rude, short and communicated through the assistant instead of answering directly to me...we were within a couple of feet from each other. I don't know the pharmacist name, but she is a black, female.

Very poor customer service. Leaves people on hold for long periods of time. I do not recommend using this location.

Thank God they are open 24/7. And I found the pharmacist to be extremely helpful. I had just been diagnosed with Covid and while she didn't have the Covid meds, she found a Walgreens that did. She gave me their phone number and address. She was there in my time of need. Thank you!

Merry Christmas Eric! Lake Worth Walgreens manager Eric is the rudest, most unhelpful person i have ever encountered. not only was he rude, he refused to help. i cannot believe any store that interacts with people would hire him to do anything.

Drive through window for the pharmacy is closed "Due to short staff". Your short staff isn't our problem. Try paying your people a decent wage and you won't have staffing issues. Transferring out to another pharmacy

This was my first experience visiting this store, and I stopped by after work to ask a pharmacist for recommendations on OTC cough suppressants. The pharmacist who counseled me, Linda, could not have been more dismissive. As somebody who works in a pharmacy themselves, I was concerned about both her demeanor and complete disregard for my well-being. It is one of the essential duties of a pharmacist to counsel patients on medications (OTC, or otherwise). I would not recommend filling or purchasing mediations from this location if the staff clearly has no regard for the health of their community. The only positive experience I had here was with the store manager and her associates. They were extremely respectful, professional and addressed my concerns.

HORRIBLE service. I was almost done with my antibiotics but still wasn't better. My doc told me to continue the antibiotics and told me to refill my prescription. I call Walgreens in Lake Worth. They say they will have my prescription ready in 90 minutes. I'm sick and in a wheelchair so my friend goes to pick it up. They give him a different prescription from the one I needed. When he gets back, I call the pharmacy. They say they don't have the prescription I needed and they ordered it. No one bothered to call and tell me this. No one told my friend when he picked it up. When I explained I'm already on the antibiotic and can't stop it, the guy on the phone was rude, condescending, and basically said they don't care. They told me it was up to me to call all the Walgreens and see if they have it. The first one I called in White Settlement, looked in their system and told me which Walgreens had the medicine available now. I will be switching stores to White Settlement even though I have to drive several more miles. The one in Lake Worth is consistently late and this is not the first time they have been rude and unwilling to provide decent service.

Pharmacy never has shit ready. 7 hours and I drive up there for them to tell me they don't have it and have to get it from a warehouse. A phone call would have been nice so I can call my doctor for a different medication. Mfs this is the SLOWEST PHARMACY. USUALLY IT TAKES HOURS FOR THEM TO FILL IT. My refill was 3 hours last time and 5 hours before that refill. I'm tired. Switching after I get this medication.

I had an issue with getting my daughter's asthma inhaler. I spoke to a pharmacy tech at the store on Monday and was told the inhaler had to be ordered from "central" and it would be there Tuesday morning.Tuesday there was a message on the app that it was delayed and when I checked today (Wednesday) the prescription was no longer on the app. It appears that it just vanished off the app and there was also no record of it on Walgreens side. This happened with a previous prescription but it wasn't as important as an asthma inhaler, so I just let it go.During my conversation with Josh, a pharmacy tech who spells his name J-o-s-h, as he made sure I knew, I discovered that "nobody knows and nobody cares" about WHY it happened, and that all that could be done is reorder it and hopefully it comes. He also told me that he was unable to look up other Walgreens that may have the medication in stock and I would have to call around. But 2 other Walgreens were able to do that. So I'm not sure if Josh was just displaying his incompetence or if it was just another display of poor customer service.As a frequent customer of Walgreens, this entire situation was extremely disappointing. I HAVE to go to a pharmacy to get our prescription medications and unfortunately one I need to get is a child'a asthma inhaler. To have medication records/orders just disappear and the pharmacy not only does not care, but responds rudely and condescendingly is negligent. Not all medications can just be delayed, up to 5 days, now. Josh was dismissive about an asthma inhaler and even brushed off even worse medical condition medications being lost.

Pharmacy always takes forever no matter what time of day. Sitting in a line of 4-5 cars trying to get prescriptions that are already filled.

Zero!!!! I ordered twice now- giving them a chance that maybe the first time the girl was rude and was having a bad day. Today, the lady at pharmacy said she wouldn't help me becuase it was a curbside... when the message said Show ID at Pharmacy Drive Thru.. she was so dry and rude. This store needs help. I'm just driving thru town both times. My store back home is so nice. Yall need help

Very unprofessional customer service professionals. I scheduled a flu vaccine online because when I called the store, that’s the direction they provided me. I get to Walgreens and even with a confirmation number, they told me I needed to come back tomorrow. The pharmacy at all Walgreens has extremely poor leadership and overall customer service. Disappointing every encounter.
