Every time I am held by Miss Lauren Schlein, it just adds another smile to my face for that day. She's very personable, well spoken, and always dressed very professionally. She is very knowledgeable about her business as well. I would definitely refer my business partners, and friends to bank at this location in Lake Worth.

I have been a member of Wells Fargo for about 25 years. Today, that may change.
The so called BRANCH MANAGER (-Gonzales) was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, raised her voice, and laughed in my face.
I am shaking.
I walked in for a notary. I waited almost 2 hours. While I wasn’t expecting that long of a wait I struck up conversation with another lady waiting and bided my time. The other customer and I checked in several times to ensure we would be seen prior to closing which was approaching. We were assured that we would be taken care of.
At 5pm the branch manager asked us to leave. We explained that we had been waiting and assured we would be seen. She said that she didn’t assure that to us and that we needed to leave. We said that wasn’t right and that everyone else on her staff told us we would be taken care of. She raised her voice and said that she didn’t see us waiting and that she didn’t assure us and we needed to leave. I told her she was being unprofessional and she said I was offensive and to leave.
I told her this is not how I expected my bank of 25years to treat me and she laughed in my face and said goodbye condescendingly.
The other customer and I left and could NOT believe this person is a BRANCH MANAGER. This woman’s behavior was unsettling.
WELLS FARGO do better. Ms. Gonzales, do better.

Excellent service from LaShunda. She was very helpful and friendly during my transaction. 5 stars for LaShunda, but I had to drop a star due to Wells Fargo, in general. Prior to building this new location, the lake worth area Wells Fargo branch had a zero fee coin machine for anyone with a WF account. Now, none of the local branches have a machine, nor do they offer any kind of coin service, and they do not accept loose coins for deposit. Customers must now sort and roll their own coins. It's strange that a bank does not have any kind of coin sorting and counting system available to their customers. Retail stores have machines in their cash rooms that sort and count all of the coins from the registers each day, so it's strange that a bank is not set up to handle loose coins.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve had on so many levels. Needed to add someone to my account. Only 2 bankers. The banker #2 that became available took a person who walked in after me and did not have an appointment. The 1st banker stayed chatting about personal things(Spider-Man, a workouts, relationships) with the customer for the whole 90 minutes I waited.
Banker #2 customer left so I thought I’d be called next. Nope! I realized 30 mins later that she went to lunch at 3:30pm?!
I went to the tellers to ask if a manager was available to help me. I think she called someone named Norma who said she could not help and the Banket #2 went to lunch and she didn’t know how long Banker #1 would be. There were 3 other parties waiting after me. No one ever checked on any of the waiting parties.

Terrible terrible customer service. It's ironic to put a giant banner that says "Courtesy" up on the wall when their bankers do not have an ounce of it.

I have two joint accounts at this bank.EVERYTIME I come in the lobby( usually on a weekday from anywhere from 2pm to 4pm)......service is extremely sloooooooooooow. Always one teller for bank line..very nice but no sense of urgency. Motor bank very busy, but usually only one teller at that window.Also...always, always hot as hades in there.Only saving grace is excellent service from Monte!!!!

Terrible service with the bankers, Elizabeth López gave me the service. She didn't respect an appointment I had at 10 in the morning. She left me waiting for 2 hours with my 2-month-old baby. She didn't let me go into the bathroom to change my baby and she still wanted me to wait 40 minutes. further
