I have two joint accounts at this bank.EVERYTIME I come in the lobby( usually on a weekday from anywhere from 2pm to 4pm)......service is extremely sloooooooooooow. Always one teller for bank line..very nice but no sense of urgency. Motor bank very busy, but usually only one teller at that window.Also...always, always hot as hades in there.Only saving grace is excellent service from Monte!!!!

I absolutely hate this location. It takes forever because they only have like 3 people working. The manager is very rude, and the teller was threatening my co worker that she would call corporate. They are rude and customer service sucks. I will be talking to my boss because we need to change banks. Also not to mention the tellers can’t count, always missing money or giving to much back. Horrible location!

Worst Wells Fargo by far. I always receive great service at the multiple other branches that I use in the Fort Worth area. However, at this branch I get very poor service almost every single time I go there. When you schedule appointments the bankers will take others without appointments in front of you. I always schedule appointments and still have to wait an hour or more for something as simple as a notary. Everything at this branch is always very slow. Branch manager does an extremely poor job of running this branch.

If i could give no stars i would its a shame this place is the closest to my workplace theres always a long line and only one teller , and this is the only branch i have had problems with absolutely no other branch when i try to withdraw anything over 2500$ at this branch im always told “the most we can give you is 2500 because we need cash for other customers the rest of the day” not only do i take offense to that like any other random customer that might come in is more important than the customer you have in front of you but also your a BANK and your telling me you dont have money lol ridiculous

Very poor customer service , I tried opening a checking account with them and they didn’t want to help me with my personal info I had , I went to another Wells Fargo at different location and helped me out right away without no difficulties .

Customer service at lake worth is horrible. Schedule an appointment online and then show and only one banker that's busy. Other bankers literally see the waiting area and do nothing to help.

Had a appointment I came and sat down nobody even acknowledges you and then they have the decency to let somebody cut in front of you that had the same time appointment as you but just got there I sat there for over 20 minutes these people that work there do not need to work there if they don't want to deal with customers either that or every single one of them need to be retrained

Customer service at this location is simply terrible. Even with an appointment, be prepared to wait. In addition to their inability to timely keep an appointment, the staff is rude and appears to be under trained. If you must use Wells Fargo, my advice is to go anywhere else for help with your banking needs- it'll be worth the drive.
