Cobe was extremely helpful from the second we walked through the door. We waited a minute or 2 while he finished up with another customer. We had a complicated account maintenance issue that he took care of easily. My father had just died and I was switching the account over to my name, he was kind, courteous and sensitive to the emotional factor behind the task. He answered all our questions about the account stuff then helped get my wife and I set up with new iPhones and Apple Watches. Cobe made every step of what can sometimes be a complicated and stressful process seem quick and easy. 5 stars for sure!

James Z worked with us to update/move our service from another provider to AT&T. We hadn’t gone into the store for that specific reason, but during our visit, the information that James Z provided was extremely helpful and will save us $100 month!

Do not go to this store and do not work with with TAYLOR. We switched over to AT&T in August 2023 and have issues with billing and credits ever since then. TAYLOR lied to us about what our monthly bill would be, she lied about how much credit we would get for our phones, (trade-in), she lied about having the option to have an 800 phone number for a business line, she lied to us about EVERYTHING! AT&T customer service has been zero help! We continue to get passed from one person to another and the TAYLOR’s manager hasn’t called once. So disappointing!!!!

The store manager is fantastic! I witnessed her deal with some difficult customers and try to reason with them. They wanted something that was impossible for her to do and didn’t like the options given. She was very reasonable and very patient with them. When they didn’t get their way, they threatened a bad google review which is why I’m here.This store is fantastic. The store is always clean, the customer service is always top tier. Anytime we have had an issue, it was resolved in a timely manner. I can’t say enough good things about this store location, the employees, and the manager.Definitely do your business here. Don’t listen to the guy that is was unreasonable and rude.

The manager at the store is combative - she was totally unhelpful. We were given false information and they were unwilling to stand behind what they said. As mentioned by others, AT&T does not work well in Lakeway, so we've switched to Verizon for better cell and customer service.This store reinforces what people think of utility companies.

I went in with a fixed idea of what I needed. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, talking me out of my choice into something g much more suitable. Additional line with 5G upgrade and $5 a month cheaper! Very impressed

Store staff seemed nice. But I can’t emphasize this enough: AT&T’s DATA/CELl NETWORK DOES NOT WORK RELIABLY IN LAKEWAY!!!There is a cell tower opposite the store - no working AT&T equipment on it. No cell signal outside the store, poor signal in the store. AT&T’s signal is garbage across the whole of Lakeway.Seems to me that AT&T have failed to maintain or upgrade their network as the city has grown. But the worst coverage is 620/downtown - the oldest part.I’ve tried it all - every setting change, update and restart support suggested. Even upgraded by phone. Coverage in Lakeway is still awful. LTE is 1 or 2 bars. 5g shows 4 bars but DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!I feel sorry for the franchisee or this store. The brand you represent, AT&T, seems to be an arrogant and lackadaisical corporation that has no interest in proving a quality service. Support told me ‘we don’t guarantee coverage’ and ‘other networks are just as bad.’Avoid AT&T and seek out a network that actually cares about providing a service

This is a follow up to my last review and seeing all the negative reviews since then, I definitely feel stupid engaging in business with this store. AT&T should be ashamed of what is going on at this non company owned store. We were promised a $500 gift card when signing up - Taylor said it would arrive in 4-6 weeks but it never did. Called store and was told she had stepped out but in the course of call the employee slipped and admitted Taylor was in. So she screens calls apparently. We were told to call Rewards department which we did and they indicated the store had never submitted for it and they would send it out. The rewards card arrived - $150 instead of the promised $500. So scammed again. We had to get the BBB involved on the first issue - so here we go again. Hopefully corporate will see a pattern and clean house of the management and lies going on here.

Fantastic store and team. I have to give props to Taylor and her team as they are very professional. I witnessed a customer harassing Taylor and an employee and they handled it very professionally. The representative who helped me, Logan, was new and Taylor stepped in to help when he didn’t know the answer to my questions. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone and I would recommend working with Taylor!
