The buying experience at NXTLVL Marine in Austin was top notch! I have bought several boats over the years and NXTLVL was by far the best purchasing experience yet! Cody, Israel and Melanie could not have been better! I highly recommend them!

My wife and I were well treated from the moment we walked through the door. The showroom was fabulous. Before even cleared the doorway we were greeted by Cody with a smile and handshake. He gave us his undivided attention and quickly answered all questions we had. He made several helpful suggestions as we narrowed down to one specific model. He took us to several boats in the lot until we found one that checked all the boxes. Cody discussed the financials and worked with us quickly to come to a decision. My wife Gail and I were very happy with the experience and walked away with a shiny new bass boat. Thank you Cody

Please do not buy your boat here. The service team and warranty department is awful. I purchased a brand new ATX 22 from Israel. I had it winterized and summarized, I asked them to please check it thoroughly and make sure the batteries are working, which I was given attitude about saying it’s not their job to check the battery. The first issue I had when I took the boat after service out was the battery on the thruster was dead. The next time I took the boat out it stopped working. The manager said it would be covered under warranty, then when they got denied from the manufacturer it turned into my fault. ATX and TIGE boats are not meant to drive over ALGAE. That’s what the cocky British service manager told us. We were also told it was a hairline crack in the pipe we had no way of causing and that warranty would cover it. Please steer clear and don’t put your family in danger with one of their faulty boats. We heard that MALIBU has a far Superior product and they honor their warranty. Tige even had JOE ROGAN try one of their boats and they couldn’t even let him try one that was properly cleaned up, he went with the MALIBU instead.

We are about to engage a lawsuit with this company for not honoring their warranty and lying to our insurance company so I would strongly advise anyone reading this to steer clear of purchasing a boat from them.In summary, after only having 13 hours on our boat it completely broke down in the middle of Lake LBJ while we had 3 children on board, began filling up with water and smoking from the back. The madness started when a loud beeping began and the screen displayed a notification that said "Bilge is running." We stopped immediately frantically called the police. When the police arrived, they hopped on board to assess the situation and asked us to try and drive the boat back to the marina. We started the engine back up again and it completely died after a few seconds. At that point the police towed the boat back to the marina and took a look inside to see what was wrong. They found that the bilge pipe was completely cracked in half The police assured us that this could not have been caused by us, and even provided their names and badge numbers in case we needed a statement. The next day I went into NXTLVL Marina and spoke with 3 people: the sales rep who sold us the boat (Israel), another sales rep whose name I don't remember, and the lead mechanic with the accent. All 3 of these men assured me that there was no chance this could have been caused by us, and told me they thought the pipe was faulty. They were apologetic and offered to pick up and tow our boat into the shop complementary. I left feeling good that we would be taken care of.... but that changed once NXTLVL was denied by both the boat manufacturer and the engine manufacturer that this was a manufacturing issue. As soon as the manufacturers denied blame, NXTLVL changed their story and began blaming us. They told me that the engine overheating message was displayed on the screen and that we ignored it and ran the boat for 30 more minutes.... and that that was what caused the pipe to crack. I asked what such a notification would have looked like and they told me it would have been a loud beeping noise and a huge message displayed on screen. I can assure you no such message was displayed.... but not only that... so can the police. When the police came on board to assess whether or not it was safe to try to drive the boat back to the marina, they would not have given us the okay to attempt to do so if there was a blaring engine overheating notification. Both officers have given sworn affidavits that they checked to make sure the engine wasn't overheating and only gave us the go ahead to try to drive because no notification was shown. So now NXTLVL technicians have told our insurance company that we caused this damage by continuing to drive after the boat was overheating, and we have no choice but to sue for fraud and failure to uphold warranty. As indicated by the photo evidence the police collected on site that day, the bilge pipe is CRACKED. It is not melted like you would expect if overheating was the cause, it is CRACKED as if it was a faulty or fractured pipe to begin with. The bilge systems purpose is to run water through the boat to COOL THE ENGINE and then pump that water back out. The engine began to overheat BECAUSE the bilge pipe cracked, and after the notification of "bilge is running" was displayed. How does it make any sense that the engine overheating, which is in a completely separate area from the cracked pipe, have caused this pipe to randomly crack? It is obvious to us, the police, and to our lawyers that the pipe cracking was the source of all the problems, and lead to the overheating engine. It was obvious to the team at NXTLVL marina as well... up until the point they realized that the manufacturers were denying blame and the fault was going to be left on them for selling us a defective boat. These people are crooks and are trying to throw $10,000 worth of damages on us for something we could not have possible caused.

I hope anyone considering doing business with NXTLVL marina will read this review in entirety because I do not want what happened to us to happen to anyone else. I asked for evidence of algae and they said there was none but that "it could have been washed away." We bought our first boat at NXTLVL and we are so glad we did ! Cody was amazing from the time we walked in the door . He was so knowledgeable and really gave us a good deal ! He didn’t have that “salesman” feel where you feel like they are only after the sale . He really had our best interest at the forefront and hooked us up big ! I would send any family member or friend to Cody in the future . We will def be doing business with them again ! Thank you Cody and team for everything ! We love our new Avalon tritoon .. been on it every day since buying it !

I took my MinnKota trolling motor in for service on Thursday. I was told a tech would look at it on Monday and call me. No call Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning and was told tech was started on it and they would call. No call. I called in the afternoon and was told it would need a control board and they were waiting for pricing. They did give me the part number so I called MinnKota to check pricing and availability. Part number they gave me was for another model, 36v not my 24v. I called and informed them of that. I was called back late that afternoon and was told the price of the repair with the part. When I took it in, they had told me there was a diagnostic fee so I ask if that went towards the hourly service fee and was told time not used in diagnostic fee would be used towards the hourly service fee. That was not offered in the final quote. The price of the part was about $80 more than other dealers had it listed for, plus diagnostics, plus full hourly service rate. Over all, service not being started as stated on the day when I took it in, having the wrong part number, being told one thing on the potential cost and then another and especially not calling, was just really frustrating and unacceptable. I felt very uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and attention to detail of this company so I paid the diagnostic fee and picked the trolling motor up. I lost a week and 200 miles of travel to take it in and pick it up. Very disappointing experience.

Since they are Minn Kota authorized repair dealer. I send my trolling motor to their store for repairing. After one week we have to call them to follow up, no email reply at all. They said the trolling motor is not covered by warranty because there is water in it and the seal looks good. Minn Kota didn't do anything about it, they didn't pay as well. So they opened the trolling motor, let the water out, no parts replaced and they billed me $190. They said they spend 1 hour labor on it and hourly labor fee is $160. That's ridiculous! New motor just $260! I am asking you diagnose issue. And you charge a fee almost can buy a new motor.I am so regret that I had delivered my trolling motor to NXTLVL Marine.

I recently purchased a boat from NXTLVL and the experience was absolutely incredible. I was well supported throughout the entire purchasing process (thanks Erik!) and was very impressed by the entire staff. We recently took our boat to get winterized for the winter & had a great experience. The team took very good care of my boat & explained everything so that we can understand the process. The pro shop offered and recommended serval products & services. The process took about 4 days then they called us to come pick up the boat once it was ready. They also got the boat ready for the summer so no need to come back. The team also called us with any updates or concerns we needed to know about. I highly recommend.
