I love Dr Zegarra. She is always through and listens to my concerns.

This is an excellent hospital. My daughter delivered her first child there and she received top notch nursing care. Her doctor was always available and supportive. We are very thankful to BSW Lakeway for delivering such compassionate and excellent care to patients.

I don’t feel like they care about you and your health. Just diagnosing diseases without even have anything to prove. No blood work no MRI anything. Not even in person appointment. Very disappointed.

My sister passed away from melanoma at a very young age. My dermatologist said it's very important I get checked out every year. During last year's visit I scheduled my appointment for the following year. When I went to check in today for my appointment they said my dermatologist has left and my appointment was canceled many months ago. The new dermatologist is booked out six months. I was told Susan with the scheduling department would call me same day to try to fit me in or put me on the wait list. This mistake has a real potential negative impact on my health if something pops up in the next 6 months. I've been coming to Baylor Scott & White for 2 years now and it seems like there is a issue with every visit. Who is responsible and managing these hospitals and clinics? There is a clear issue with operations and accountability. They must have many patient issues with the need to post a sign like the attached. Highly do not recommend and expect a canned response like all the other one-star reviews.**UPDATE Susan never called and I received an automated message through their online system with an appointment 8 months from!

My mother is a patient at this clinic. She absolutely adores her doctor. But the front desk staff is horrible. Actually just the man at the front desk. He is unapologetically rude and sarcastic. I’ve heard him speaking badly about other patients just a few weeks ago. And I even watched when a lady brought her friend in for an appointment, she also had a lab appointment about an hour later and asked if she could be fit in now so she wouldn’t have to come back. Before she could finish speaking he cut her off and was extremely rude. He told her no that she would not be seen early and the lab was busy and she should’ve scheduled the time she wanted. Then I heard him telling his co worker that the patient was rude and he was going to make her wait because when you’re nice once it’s what they expect and this clinic needed structure and patients needed to know they were not in charge. I mean he made that poor lady wait over an hour before he checked her in and he bragged about making her wait. The bad part is that the lab wasn’t even busy. Matter of fact his coworker had already told the lady she would check her in early as she had asked the lab but then he intervened and said no. People don’t come there to be talked down to. As great as the docs are, I’m sure he’s running off lots of patients.

It’s always an easy check in and all are open to any questions I have! The nurses are amazing as well!

Anytime I've had a good experience here it's been because I was lucky enough to get a nurse with empathy, which is rare. There's nothing worse than being sick and ignored for hours.

Veronica Garza is an amazing provider. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service at BS&W. They make my mom feel cared for and understood. The BS&W system has not let us down so far.?And please remember that anyone can have a bad day. Give some grace.

Nurses are great. But no one knew how to print a doctors note, and the front desk is rude beyond comprehension.

I scheduled an online appointment using the Baylor portal to meet with a primary care physician about high blood pressure. At that time the next available appointment was a week and a half away so I took it. During that entire time I heard nothing at all from them, I just had the same appointment reminder for the same day and time. Then on the morning of the 8am appointment I received a call at 7:30am that the Dr. does not accept new patients, they have cancelled the appointment, and the next available appointment would be with another Dr. in June.....4 months out! I did not select any particular Dr. when making the appointment, I just selected the first appointment available on the Baylor portal. They knew very well at that time whether or not the Dr. was accepting new patients or not and should not have allowed the appointment to be booked.

Negative stars if I could. The front desk and office manager are a complete nightmare. Very rude and disrespectful. Honestly they are worthless and have zero desire to even do their jobs. Even heard them speaking Eisley about other staff members etc. If you attempt to complain, they will lie and deny. Very typical behavior nowadays, sadly. The worst part about it is, once you get passed them, everyone is great! Time to clean house and get rid of 3 people. Might have better reviews since this seems to be a common occurrence….

The nurses at this ICU are spectacular in every way. So thankful for Nurses Nina Graves and Summer Reynolds, they made a nightmarish situation easier for me and my family.

Been with BSW in Marble Falls for over a year, and have had positive experiences. Not today. I came to the Lakeway clinic to get an earlier surgical consultation than was available in Marble Falls. Showed up 15 minutes ahead of time as directed, and then waited for 45 minutes as person after person (most of whom came in after me) were seen by a doctor. No communication, no explanation, no apologies. I'd probably have spent the rest of the afternoon in the waiting room had I not gone to the receptionist and advised her that 45 minutes was long enough and I was leaving. Going forward, please try to communicate with your patients and be considerate of their time.

The bald guy at the counter is probably the most entitled and rude individual I’ve ever encountered. First of all if you’re going to sit at the counter and enforce rules… get off your power high. You’re a receptionist. You check people in. Calm down. Second. Lose the attitude and people probably won’t be so rude to you. If you hate your job that much leave. Cause clearly customer service isn’t your strong suit.. try flipping burgers or something more suitable. Also I scheduled a appointment a month in advance. And day of my appointment this girl called who one.. needs to be taught how to call. She called me and when I answered she just said “hi” not where she’s calling from or anything. I had to question the idiot to find out what the hell she wanted. Just for her to inform me they had to cancel. No reason or anything. I needed this appointment urgently. And she failed to help me reschedule. I had to call back to get someone to reschedule me.

We were in need of a sports physical on same day. We called in morning got an apt with the call center drove 40 mins across town to discover the call center booked 8/29 at 2:05. Not 8/15 at 2:05! So disappointed the clinic would not do a sports physical as a walk-in after discovering the apt was booked on the wrong day. This is the 2nd time the apt call center has screwed up booking apt. Service is not a core value for BSW.
