I joined Burn Bootcamp Lakeway about 14 months ago. I had worked out my entire life mostly distance running and cardio but as I have gotten older and the hormones kicked in:) I found it wasn't as easy to stay in shape and my doctor highly encouraged to start regular resistance training for my bones. I loved Burn from the start-the trainers, members, music and workouts were amazing! Everyone is so supportive and helpful. I have gotten so much stronger and more toned than I ever could have on my own but more importantly I have so much more confidence in what I can accomplish than when I was younger. Highly recommend checking out!

Burn Boot Camp Lakeway has welcomed me in such a wonderful way. Heather, the owner, Kristin at the front desk, my trainers, fellow workout mates and friends make it a supportive, positive, and physically motivating environment. I’m excited to have found Burn Boot Camp Lakeway!

Can’t say enough about Burn Boot Camp! The workouts are challenging and easily modifiable if necessary, the trainers are truly invested in helping their members reach their goals and it really is just a great community of people! Love it here!!!

I've been going to Burn Boot Camp for years and can honestly say it's the best full body and varied workout I've ever done. Daily workouts are all different so you get a great well rounded program. Totally recommend!!

There isn’t enough good things to say about this gym!!! The women here are so motivating and welcoming and push you to be your best self. The workouts are challenging and always changing and everything can be modified if need be. If you are thinking about joining don’t hesitate, give it a try I promise you, you won’t regret it!! ???
