Staff is very friendly however they are always short staffed. Just close the branches and go to ATM's of you cant support these branches.

Couldn’t ask for better customer service at this location. Vlad, private client banker, is great to work with and knows his stuff. Of all the Chase branches I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite.

$12 a month for my "free" Checking account. Seems like a tax on people who work for themselves and don't get direct deposit. Not very American.

Make sure you understand the fine print before signing up for a Private Client account. I had a miserable experience with the customer service at this location to try to sort the issue. Would never recommend Chase Private Client to anyone.

Cannot say enough positive things about Vlad. Highly recommend him if you need anything with brokerage accounts or something as easy as setting up a checking and savings account.

Very nice bank lots of parking you could be service from inside the bank or a drive up teller. They have a new manager his name is George C.,very knowledgeable, always helpful, and always available. He’s one of those guys that can just solve the problem. I think Chase is lucky to find a guy like that, it makes the banking experience a joy. All the tellers are all very friendly, they remember who you are, they seem to be enjoying what they do, great customer service. This bank is an asset to the community. I have no axe to grind, none of my friends or relatives work there. I think the friendly service comes down from the top, and filters to the tellers and those that work the outside drive-through, great crew.

This is one of 3 branches of Chase that I'm ver Banks do cash chase checks don't they. I CALLED in advance before making the drive because of all the issues I had at the two the day before. I had my passport, my driver's license. I have a savings account for my daughter and myself with Chase. I myself have been with Chase since it was Bank One. I am so upset that I had to drag the originally check writer out and have them withdrawal from the bank. I do NOT understand why this happened. Ultimately this branch did not meet my needs didn't cash the check or give me a legitimate reason as to why.

I have been a customer of Chase Bank for many years, 10 or more. I contacted them to see if they are a lender that helps with the payroll protection application and they said they are but only for customers who are business entities. And, since I am self-employed they will not be able to help me submit my application. As usual, big business wins and the small guy loses. There is no such thing as doing what's right for your customer. It's always about what's right for the big business. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing in the time of need.
