This bank has amazing people like Rick Loving and Stella Perez. They helped me and my friends create a checking account. They were so patient that they have explained the types of accounts, each point clearly that helped us decide which to choose. They walked us through each step and made repeated checks to make sure the data is correctly entered. This is not their daily job. They replaced another guy for 2 days and helped us. Apart from this the bank is neatly maintained and the staff is too friendly.

How can you charge me $12 a month for my free checking account? Every time I see that charge I think about switching to a credit union. 2022 must be the year of the fee. For Shame.

We had to come into the location to sign paperwork to create a joint account. We signed a ton of paperwork, answered questions, had our ids scanned.. a few days later and we have no clue what any of it was for. Access was never shared. We were handed a book with no information specific to our account. No contact info for our banker or the branch. We contacted customer support and they have NO RECORD of any of the paperwork or our visit.So what did we sign and where did it go??

I made multiple wire transfers and asked if they would waive the 35 dollar fee at least once or twice for me since I have been a long-standing customer. I was told on numerous occasions they would follow up with me to let me know. I even had someone call me to tell me they would call me the very next morning. Poor follow up. Never waived any fees.

They didn’t answer the phone any of the times I called last week or this week. We live about 20 minutes west of this location so we were trying to call and confirm that they could help us set up our business account that would be in addition to our existing Chase accounts. We got there shortly before 4:30 and before we could explain our needs we were abruptly cut off with “it’s too late.” We said we could come back tomorrow and received an “I won’t be here tomorrow, I can do Thursday or Friday afternoon.” Rude and unhelpful. Needless to say, it’s worth the extra five minutes to go to the Hill Country Galleria location.

Best bank service I have had in my life. Friendly and professional. They make the effort to learn your name-how cool is that! Nice to feel like you have a banker in your corner.
