Wow. An honest mechanic shop. Went for an Oil change and they gave me a complete detail list with videos of all the problems on my hoopty. They walked me through the only vital things to keep my CRV going to 200000 miles. Excellent customer service. Fixed my drive belt and water pump same day.

I’ve recently brought two cars in for routine maintenance and both times the experience has been great. They take good care of your vehicle and let you know about the areas they check and things to keep an eye on or things that need more immediate attention. No aggressive pitch to upsell but keeping you informed of what needs to be done. Honest service at a great price. This place is a blessing for the Lake Travis community!

I am NOT a frequent reviewer. For me to review you, you need to WOW me. What WOWs me? Be nice, have great customer service, and work with me when things don’t go exactly as planned. I brought these guys a bag of parts I thought were everything they needs to complete a job, and all the pieces turned out not to be there. Ugh! But no worries! They worked with me and accommodated me and did a FANTASTIC job! And, they were nice, and helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process.
This is my new GO-TO shop. If they can’t do it, no one can. Thanks, guys!!

Christian Bros. Lakeway provided a much needed second opinion to something flagged by another shop, which turned out to be a non-issue altogether. Christian Bros. was helpful over the phone, and fit my vehicle in on short notice, ultimately saving me a headache and a considerable amount of money. The customer service I received was friendly and informative. I plan on consulting with them first in the future.
