Awesome experience! I applied to rent a unit Thursday late afternoon & had access to a unit within an hour of applying online & going through the automated process without human interaction. Very fast and efficient! Carlos did reach out to me the next morning to make sure everything went well.I highly recommend this company & the Storage Facility has to be one of the cleanest I’ve experienced so far!Thank you!

I highly recommend Cube Smart at Lakeway. Carlos, the manager, does an outstanding job taking care of his clients. He is very personable, prompt at returning calls and very thorough . The facility is extremity clean.

Outstanding is a better word for my experience with Lakeway Public Storage... What really made it so outstanding is the Manager "BRANDON"!!! He is so efficiant, pleasant and helpful to all who enter. I have had to wait to pay my bill while he handled customers who were there first. I haved observed first hand how stellar his work ethic is. He handled everyone with patience, grace and honesty. I am extremely impressed by this young man. He is a asset to your company not only in my opinion but in other people I know who use your facility.He is beloved by so many!!! We have been using CubeSmart for more than one year now. The facility is temperate controlled and quite comfortable. The prices are reasonable. The facility is clean. We can access the unit using our own security code, almost any time weekdays or weekends. There are security cameras in place. The staff have been very helpful.

The guy on site here in Lakeway, Carlos, was excellent. Very friendly and helpful on several occasions. The price was just a little high, but it was worth it.
