I highly recommend Karen. She is an excellent personal trainer, but more than that, she is a life coach and has valuable input and support for virtually every area of one's life...physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
It is owned by Karen M. Hartnett who is professional personal trainer for over 32 + years and owner of Divine Strength Fitness. Karen owned her storefront located in Lakeway, Tx. for 23 years then closed it in April 2020 to restructure it to go online. She now specializes in online challenges and programming for the Christian woman. She has helped hundreds of women throughout her career live, happier and healthier lives by helping them restore function, flexiblility, and strength to their body. She is both a speaker and teacher on her book The Divine Strength Diet Plan, "God's Way to Eating and Living a Balanced Life."
