Elegant Nails and Spa is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Austin. I’ve tried many salons over the past few years, and none have made me want to return like this one. I was in and out with a full set in under an hour, enjoyed a glass of wine, and the overall experience was excellent.
The pricing is extremely fair and transparent. When I called to make an appointment, I explained exactly what I wanted—an ombré full set with gel on top. They told me it would be $70, and when I checked out, my bill was exactly $70. No upselling, no surprises—just honest service.
David did an amazing job on my nails. The shape, length, and finish are all perfect. The service was efficient, professional, and exceeded my expectations. This is the only salon I’ll be going to from now on.

Everyone is so talented and the entire salon is beautifully clean. The bathroom is very clean and so adorable!
Such a chic and modern salon! The color choices are amazing endless. Gel and DND. Every color I find online, THEY HAVE.
They are in high demand, as they are the best tin town, so making an appointment is appreciated! They welcome walk ins everyday, just incase you are not able to make an appointment!
They offer wine, coffee, soda, and water! If you need to get work done or just relax, it’s the only place I can space out and totally relax.
The pedicures are SO AMAZING and well worth it. The presentation and amazing smells, to the skills are unmatched!
They are gentle, kind, and will are the most accommodating:)
They do everything, just ask! I’ve had every single person who works here give me the best service ever, so I recommend all ♥️

Cut two of my nails so short those two toes bled.
Also, during the pumice portion of this torture the person scraped the outside of my ankle joint so badly it ripped my skin off and also bled.
A procedure that is supposed to be relaxing has caused my feet to be sore for two days after.

I went in recently to get a pedicure and manicure right before the Christmas holiday. My manicure was very well done, however my pedicure was not enjoyable at all. The water was lukewarm and the nail tech David that did the massage was massaging so so hard it was painful. I let him know and I was also grimacing a lot, but he kept massaging hard. He did a great job on the painting and everything of my toes but man someone needs to let him know he massages way too hard. I am a nurse and I’m on my feet a lot, so I like a good quality foot and leg massage, but not to where I am almost in tears.

I recently visited this nail salon, and it was a complete disaster. At first, everything seemed promising—the place looked clean and the staff appeared professional. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. By the end of my appointment, my nail beds were bleeding, the shape of my nails was terrible, and the paint job was a mess. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and in pain. I definitely won't be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone. way too overpriced.

I had a gel French manicure on Monday , and after 4 days it’s all coming off- I was a little concerned that the technician only did one coat of everything-
Update ! I called and they redid my nails at no charge! They look awesome!

Today I had a pedicure by Sus. She did such a fine job of nipping away the dead skin and trimming my nails. And her foot massage was perfect, so thorough! The nail polish looks great too.

So gentle and quality work! First mani/pedi postpartum and I had an ingrown toenail, so was nervous. She worked slowly and meticulously, periodically checking in to make sure she was being gentle. She did and excellent job. Another tech worked on my nails at the same time so it didn’t take too long. Very happy with my results.

amazing experience! I came in after 6, so I did not give them much time but they were all very kind and did an amazing job! The lady who did my nails did not rush, she made sure i liked how they were turning out through out the entire process, and she even conversed with me and made me laugh. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I came across this nail salon on Yelp and decided to check it out on Thursday after finishing up at work. When I arrived, the receptionist called over Zoly, who did my dip powder manicure, and David, who took care of my gel unicorn pedicure. I told Zoly about the styles and colors I like, and she totally got it right away. Her efficiency and attention to detail were spot on.
Both Zoly and David were incredibly professional. Zoly was also very friendly and easy to chat with, making the experience even more enjoyable. I chose the deluxe pedicure, and the foot massage was fantastic—it was so relaxing!
The salon had a wonderful atmosphere, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing a great experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

David put the nail polish on too thick and it’s bumpy. It’s always best to apply thin layers of polish for a feminine delicate finish. My nails look bulky and like I said - are bumpy. I also bled in 5 different spots. Will not be returning.

Kevin and Kim are experts at making my nails look good every time I go in for a fill and a pedicure. Mike is also great with pedicures. Makes his clients feel comfortable.
