After having a fever and cough for 4 days I was dismissed as having a cold. No antibiotics because she’s a ‘science-based’ provider. But the pills given me to suppress my cough - not the underlying issue - were found in a 2023 study that there is inadequate evidence to support the effectiveness and safety of the drug for cough and rising safety concerns were noted. They also wore off within 90 minutes.
She didn’t even listen to how my symptoms differed from my husbands or pay attention to the fact that my fever was over 99 AFTER taking Tylenol.
When my fever hit 102 the next day and I still couldn’t talk from the dry hacking cough that wasn’t able to clear anything, I went to another urgent care who actually provided help.
This place was a waste of $150. With a bad attitude.

When accidents happen, from personal experience, I can say that CareNow Urgent Care is first rate. The facility is well equipped and the doctors and nurses are skilled, clearly explain what you need, and get you on your way feeling much better.
