Great location for real quality items to buy . I find picture frames dishes spa candles and many more. Hit or miss but love great bargains. Amazing finds some are worth $$$ and the manager Kirk is incredible guy. Nice managing this location, I get a few bargains to die for found a piece of China I thought I never find again, seriously! One pro is items are always sold and more items put on the shelves quickly, I saw real nice pots and pans some used and some like new in good condition. Many of the used clothes are placed on the rack ironed and wrinkle free. I enjoy seeking new wall artwork for my place and found beautiful paintings. Clever ways of seeking new arrivals is early morning's is what I recommend to get great bargains when shopping. I highly recommend this location the manager is helpful and eager to assist. Staff are friendly and helpful. Once there was a coffee grinder and wasn't sure if it even worked and the lady at the register said "hey no problem I can plug that in and see if it works!! It did, all good took it home and was clean like new .". Perfect!!

I go to Goodwill Lakeway to buy used shorts/ slacks for yard work. I love the fact that their sizes are all properly tagged. Other secondhand stores do not bother. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. Kudos to the staff and management !!!

PROS: (1) Clean (2) Very well-organized (3) Dressing rooms aren't locked, like the ones at the big shop in Austin (4) Cashier helpfully pointed out a stain on a clothing article when we were checking out, and asked if we still wanted it. She also offered $1 off, which we accepted. (5) Frequent sales. When we went, white tags were 50% off. CONS: (1) Small. Probably 1/3 the size of the big store in Austin. (2) Overpriced, as other reviewers have noted. This is typical, Goodwills are generally the most expensive of all thrift stores.

This is the most expensive thrift store I’ve ever been in. $5.49 for give away beer glasses. Everything was ridiculously priced. This place is dead to me.

They've changed it a lot took out the changing rooms. Leave it up to one weirdo to come in and change everything. Oak Hill good will is better

Clean but they DO NOT do returns! The lady in the store said they would but then I got there and they told me they only do in-store credit. I wish the communication was a little more clear.

Went here today with my one & two year old waited in line to drop off two bags of donations. There were two cars getting things out of their cars and then they pulled forward and left. There was one car now in front of me and I got out my car to grab the bags and set them down on the sidewalk and a guy with long curly hair who I was told was named Steven very rudely told me he’s only taking one donation at a time and to get back into my car. Then he proceeds to very rudely tell me to put the bags back into my car. I refused, so he very aggressively throws them into the bin while giving me a dirty look and having a full blown tantrum like my 2 year old has.Honestly, I was trying to do a good deed and donate but it would’ve saved me the head ache if I would’ve just thrown everything into the trash. Definitely was not a good experience.

1. Unloading one car at a time takes way too long. Sat in line for 35 minutes before I could unload.2. Dude helping unload did nothing by complain the whole time b/c he wanted to be at home watching football. He even told me that he doesn’t understand why anyone drops offf on Sunday and that I should be at home watching football. LOL

Stopped by this location to see what items they will take for donations. I have some fairly new furniture (worth a couple grand) but after remodeling we no longer need them. Before I mentioned what I had the manager - short bald gentleman behind the counter said that this is a "Boutique Goodwill" and are very picky about what they take. Thought that was the funniest thing I have ever heard. I didn't bother bringing anything in, I would rather dump it than give it to Mr. Boutique - 2 stars for making me laugh.

This location just got a refresh/renovations, it is nicely organized and always has a variety of items and clothes in good shape, and employees are friendly. The donation drop off in the back is easy to get to, I've donated many times and the drill they have is flawless. I saw some old negative reviews and felt compelled to write a positive one since they have sweet employees and are doing their job just fine.

Very clean store. I do miss the old floor layout. Definitely a great GW if you're looking for a wide selection in women's clothing. Unfortunately there's not a large selection of men's clothes anymore.

Its a small store but the employees have a big heart. I like the way it is organized. Yo can find some good deals on golf and tennis gear.
