The Wimberley HEB is a small store but the staff definitely make up for its small size!

Horrible experience involving managaer 'Nelva' last week. This woman lied when I tried to ask for a manager in charge and claimed she was the only manager on duty. When I tried to leave a complaint she followed me to the information office and kicked me out of the store! I have called every single H.E.B. customer service since my horrible experience with manager 'Nelva' at Lakeway TX H.E.B. last week and no response. Case # HS2295329 - I don't want to put myself through another bad experience by shopping at that store! I feel as if I'm owed an apology, but every call to customer service is falling on deaf ears. I've even tweeted to various corporate v.p.'s and nothing.

Spectacular selection. Always crowded in the parking lot. Self-check employees are usually there to help with the scanner problems.

I appreciate H‑E‑B protocol for COVID and variant's, it's up too customers to follow, I used delivery and curbside, the delivery curbside always have mask on, it's appreciated even iam fully vaccinated! It's appreciated by me and grateful for all of the choices available to customers!! I salute the workers that made a choice to apply and got hired by H‑E‑B, you have been trained well, if someone is not exemplary, of that training it's not all staff fault. Everyone has off days even customers, the ones who are not following protocol make choices as we all do!! Continue on H‑E‑B staff I need the service COVID or not!! Transplanted from Louisiana, appreciate Lakeway

It’s a very nice store for customers that even the staff that work there love their jobs. And it shows in how they treat the customers.

If HEB is not going to enforce the mask rule “ masks are required” then take down the sign.

They could care less about the health and safety of patrons and employees. Disrespectful Karens shop at HEB maskless all the time while the manager is standing claiming they "could" have medical conditions. Mind you this was during and after the mandate so they did not do their part in keeping the health and safety of everyone. I later learned many employees caught covid at this particular store. Last year in October 2020, I witnessed a customer spit at an employee for just doing her job offering masks at the door. I went to the manager myself as a witness to what happened to this poor employee. He told her to just brush it off. Later on that employee tested positive for covid and HEB offered her no compensation whatsoever. Horrible business practice. I grew up shopping from HEB, but I've never seen worst management than this. I like to support socially and ethically responsible businesses so I stopped shopping from HEB ever since.

The H‑E‑B Pharmacy has the best, most professional pharmacy team that I have ever encountered. Every person on the pharmacy is friendly, helpful and assists me in getting my medications. I will to especially note the Jean at the pharmacy is very helpful and takes time to help me understand medicines and insurance issues. Jean is wonderful. We are lucky to have this pharmacy team at H‑E‑B Lakeway. Thank you for reading my wholehearted recommendation for the pharmacy team at H‑E‑B Lakeway. Larry

If you are any semblance of a regular customer, expect to receive dirty looks and terrible customer service. I'm from New York, yet this staff makes New Yorkers look like Mormons. There are policies put in place to specifically target those shopping for companies like instacart or favor, such as making shoppers bag their own groceries while the original bagger can stand behind and watch. These rules only apply to this Lakeway store and literally no other HEB in Austin. When asking about these rules, you will only receive untruthful platitudes about "company policy". Who hurt the management at this store so bad that they must be so petty towards people trying to make a living like them? I would recommend the Randall's, Target, or other nearby HEB all within 10 minutes of this location

While I was originally elated to have this store in Lakeway, I have grown to really dislike it in the past few months. I acknowledge the fact that Covid-19 has changed things for all of us and we must deal with inconveniences during these times. However, I see no excuse for H‑E‑B to be stocking their shelves during prime time shopping hours when the stockers are completely in the way ... always! Why can't HEB get their shelves stocked in the middle of the night when there are no shoppers? Don't most grocery stores do this? Add to that the fact that there are MANY curbside shopping (multiple shelving) carts all over the store. I get that a lot of people want to get their groceries curbside and that's great. I can live with the curbside shopping staff and their large carts but even with this HUGE store, it's ridiculous how much room the stockers take up in the isles when we already have to navigate around the curbside shopping team as well. I never thought that I would say or write this, but I see a lot more of Randall's shopping in my future and I'll also drive a few more extra miles to go to a smaller HEB or Trader Joes where the management sees the importance of providing enough space for their customers to shop.
