We were staying at this hotel for a baseball tournament. About 9 of the kids traveling with us were going to the elevator and my son jumped up to touch the exit sign in the doorway next to the elevator (he’s 10). The sign fell and the general manager saw what happened. My wife was in the elevator already heading downstairs and heard someone yelling at the group. She came back up and asked what happened. The general manager had yelled at the kids, getting in my son’s face saying “this costs $150 dollars!! What are you going to do about it?? Are you going to pay for it!!!?” She did the same thing to my wife, raising her voice and causing a scene with a group now gathering near the elevator. Our son was terrified, crying his eyes out in front of his teammates. When I spoke to her, she was extremely rude. On top of the way we were treated, what hotel has an exit sign on the doorway so loose that it falls and nearly hits a kid in the head by barely being touched? This is unacceptable and I have never been treated so badly at an IHG hotel. I will be escalating this.

Absolute horrible experience with this hotel. I stayed there two nights. I paid the first night through Expedia and the second one at the hotel. The next day they charge me for a third night. And when I contacted them, they inform me that they would give me a refund for the extra night that I was charged. However, not only did that not happen I was charged again for another night. I have been waiting for a call from Victoria for five days now and I still have not heard from her. I now have two additional charges on my account and haven’t seen zero refund and have had zero response from Victoria the general manager. They caused my accounts to bounce and extra fees removed. BEWARE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I Stayed Here While I Was Was Visting Family A Week Ago.The Rooms Were Up To Expectation,The Front Desk Agent Matt Was Very Friendly And Very Helpful To Answer Any Questions I Had During My Stay.Will Be Returning Again!

My mother and younger sister came in from Colorado and stayed at Holiday Inn Express cuz it was close to my daughter's house. The room was really beautiful everything seemed to be perfect for them my uncle and Aunt stayed there is well once they got into town they didn't spend much time at the hotel we were too busy at gallivanting showing them Austin and going to the album and just getting to know each other I recommend highly seems to run in the family we all like Holiday Inn. And the funny thing is I was always a general manager of Ramada Inn and I turned them all into five star hotels would have loved her had a chance at a Holiday Inn especially a really nice one I grew up on Holiday Inn that's the only place we ever want to stay

I normally use Holiday Inn Express locations as my husband and I have had quite a few great experiences. Well all it takes is a bad stay to ruin it all. I made my reservations and all went well. I checked in and was told breakfast was at 6. Excellent, I had to be at my business location at 7. Ooops, mistake #1. Breakfast on the weekends was at 7. No biggie, other places were around for breakfast. Oops # 2, the charger in the room was not working. Of course this was the one time I Had to go buy a 16$ wall block to use and add to my collection at home, yes, $16. Third Oops, they charged my debit card twice and made my account negative. I figure this is an easy fix, let me call. Yeah this came to light on Monday the 16th so I call the hotel and no answer. I call corporate, they cant get an answer either. Phone issues - go figure. I put in a request through the app to have someone call me so I can have this corrected and I am still waiting. Even after calling back twice and the last time they claim the call will be escalated. I am still negative in the bank and the bank refuses to do anything since I am already in a dispute with Holiday Inn. I am a small X member. I will no longer use ANY of their hotels. I would rather sleep in my car.

Onze kamer was nog niet schoongemaakt, dus moesten we naar een andere kamer. De kamer ruikt vochtig en schimmelig. De housekeeping haalt wel de handdoeken weg die gewoon op het rek hangen, maar legt geen nieuwe neer. Badkamer is ook schimmelig.Het ontbijt is zeer beperkt en niet wat we gewend zijn van deze keten.
