I was hesitant to go because of the bad reviews, but I had a great experience! I didn’t have an appointment, and even so, I was seen quickly in less than an hour. Dr. Susan Chen was extremely attentive, helpful, professional and kind throughout the entire visit. She listened to me patiently, tested me for strep throat, and prescribed the medication. I don’t have health insurance and from the start she was very clear about the costs, without charging me anything unexpected or unfair. Definitely the best care I’ve ever had in an emergency situation like this—I highly recommend!

Whenever I've han a health issue that I felt needed a doctor's attention, Ive gone to Minute Clinic. So far, the care has been good, clear, and very courteous, and they've always provided a solution.

Went to the CVS Minuteclinic on RR620 on Fri for the vaccine. I did not have to wait for more then 2 minutes and the ladies who administered the vaccine, were super knowledgeable and helpful.

The doctor, Yingxu Xie, was amazing. Yes she was super busy but we never felt rushed at any moment like at other clinics or other minute clinics. She was patient, very thorough, and a great listener. My girlfriend heard advice and warnings about certain medications that shes never heard before and that information was extremely relevant to my girlfriend and the information we shared with her earlier. Clearly i am being vague about medical matters but the point is shes awesome, sweet, and on point.

Very efficient and professional nurse gave me my flu shot. It was less than 5 minutes total in and out.

Reviews speak for themselves. Pharmacy people are incredibly rude and lazy. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the doctor is going to be 45 minutes late. This place is a joke. 0 STARS.

I was here with the kid and they said it is going to be 84$ for the strep test and prescription and we paid but surprised they charged extra charge for 24$ with no authorization. Seems like a fraud. Please be aware. Better visit care now emergency near this which charges way less these guys. By the way I paid separately for the prescription as well. So still has no clue what that secret 24$ charge is. May be they are collecting some secret tax in Austin.

Appointment will be canceled almost immediately if you are late and even when there is nobody else waiting the staff will be very snarky in saying too bad so sad don’t be late next time. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’ve been twice and the first time the doctor seemed overwhelmed. Did not know what she was doing and tried to rush me out without addressing any issues surrounding my ear infection.Unprofessional and awful. The next time I scheduled they cancelled same day a few hours before with no explanation Jaír a link saying to try and rescheduled but nothing available for over 24hrs.I wouldn’t trust the service, process or doctors at this location.

Nurse is incredibly rude. Worth driving across town to a different clinic.

Have taken my son several times for vaccinations here and they were great! Even one lady looked at my vaccine schedule I wanted to do and recommended I change it to a month separated since it was too risky so I’m happy to have had the help ❤️

Susan Chen is incredibly dismissive. My children have had green gunk and horrifically bloodshot eyes for days, and she absolutely refused to believe they’d experienced any symptoms other than the ones occurring during their 10-minute appointment. She agreed to give us antibiotic eye drops only after I had to fetch my husband for backup and became more assertive than 99% of patients ever would. My kids just missed the end of the school year for pinkeye, and this dingbat literally could not stop insisting that their eyes probably just got a little red because kids rub their eyes a lot. (With my son sitting there in the glasses he wears every waking minute.) She said “you don’t just come here and pay me and buy the medication.” Yeah, there’s a huge epidemic of moms lying about pinkeye to get those sweet sweet eye drops. I hadn’t realized there are doctors unfit to work at CVS.
