I was here with the kid and they said it is going to be 84$ for the strep test and prescription and we paid but surprised they charged extra charge for 24$ with no authorization. Seems like a fraud. Please be aware. Better visit care now emergency near this which charges way less these guys. By the way I paid separately for the prescription as well. So still has no clue what that secret 24$ charge is. May be they are collecting some secret tax in Austin.

Appointment will be canceled almost immediately if you are late and even when there is nobody else waiting the staff will be very snarky in saying too bad so sad don’t be late next time. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’ve been twice and the first time the doctor seemed overwhelmed. Did not know what she was doing and tried to rush me out without addressing any issues surrounding my ear infection.Unprofessional and awful. The next time I scheduled they cancelled same day a few hours before with no explanation Jaír a link saying to try and rescheduled but nothing available for over 24hrs.I wouldn’t trust the service, process or doctors at this location.

Nurse is incredibly rude. Worth driving across town to a different clinic.

Have taken my son several times for vaccinations here and they were great! Even one lady looked at my vaccine schedule I wanted to do and recommended I change it to a month separated since it was too risky so I’m happy to have had the help ❤️

Susan Chen is incredibly dismissive. My children have had green gunk and horrifically bloodshot eyes for days, and she absolutely refused to believe they’d experienced any symptoms other than the ones occurring during their 10-minute appointment. She agreed to give us antibiotic eye drops only after I had to fetch my husband for backup and became more assertive than 99% of patients ever would. My kids just missed the end of the school year for pinkeye, and this dingbat literally could not stop insisting that their eyes probably just got a little red because kids rub their eyes a lot. (With my son sitting there in the glasses he wears every waking minute.) She said “you don’t just come here and pay me and buy the medication.” Yeah, there’s a huge epidemic of moms lying about pinkeye to get those sweet sweet eye drops. I hadn’t realized there are doctors unfit to work at CVS.

Quick and easy vaccination shots. Clean and modern. NP was very professional and I didn't have to wait long at all, but I can see why it might get pretty busy certain times. I certainly will continue to use and recommend this clinic.

I went here with a sports physical appointment at 3:30. It was an emergency that I got this physical on the day I had my appointment, because I was turned down the day before due to not printing out my own physical forms. Coming from normal doctors offices, they are often provided rather than having to print them out by yourself. I came back the next day with my work and sat in the waiting room for 1hour and 30 minutes. I was not helped until 5pm. Do not go here unless you want to waste an entire day.

Long wait on phone support, unnecessarily rude representative.

Scheduled a covid test here. Half an hour before the test they send an email cancelling it with no other information. Call the number on the email and the person on the line can't tell me why it was cancelled.

Having an emergency type problem I was helped by the clerk filling in the information so I can book an apt at 320 even though it was 255. Time I was given the antibiotics at cvs pharmacy. The woman at the cvs drug side seemed overwhelmed busy. But otherwise I was patient and got treated and left with two prescriptions. After all negative reviews I see my experiance was different.

I was very hesitant to book an appointment here because of the horrible reviews but I personally had a great experience so felt the need to share.Booked a 6PM appointment at 3PM the same day because of congestion and cough issues that wouldn't go away with over the counter meds. Came in 15 minutes early like they request, checked in, and even got in early. After a 5 minute conversation with NP Karen Walsh she diagnosed me and had my prescription written up. Smoothest process I could have asked for!

I went but got no prescription medicine. I will have to go to another clinic and pay again. I get pay by the hour and can’t afford for doctors not prescribe a patient their needs. I will Never go their ever again. Today my symptoms are worse.

The person I saw didn’t listen to a word I said. I had to repeat 5 times that I wasn’t allergic to medications because she wasn’t paying attention. I went in for a suspicious bug bite. I obviously wouldn’t be seeing a doctor for a random bee sting or ant bite but that’s what she chalked it up to. I had a ton of swelling, heat, and redness at the bite site and an inexplicable rash that has spread from the arm with the bite over my entire body that Benadryl didn’t help. I was hoping to be screened for Chagas because I have Kissing bugs showing up all around my house, the bite is consistent with that of a Kissing bug, and it happened at night which is also consistent with a Kissing bug. She’s never heard of Chagas’ disease or a Kissing bug for that matter. I was sent home with $140 bill, a useless prescription for antibiotics, and advised to take Benadryl (even though I told her multiple times it doesn’t help). Complete waste of time and my money.
