Tanya, a pharmacist was very rude to all customers upon arrival while waiting in line. Once helped, she treated me with the most inhumane awful disrespect I have ever experienced going to this pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy for a long time and have always been treated so kindly. This woman obviously has some issues of her own I hope she handles so that she learns to treat other humans with compassion. She made me cry upon asking her questions. She also made statements such as "UGH WHAT DO YOU WANT?!!!" and "you seem very sensitive" when I told and was picking up for my dying dog and didnt appreciate her rude attitude not only towards me, but other customers. other employees apologized to me and told me that they avoid her and that it was normal for her to treat people this way. I have never filed an HR complaint ever before but this woman was so awful and inhumane. I hope she gets the love and attention she needs to be kinder to others.

Horrible customer service. Tried resolving my issue thru the 800 number - even worse experience. And, the extra care discount is a joke I used too be a fan of CVS. NO LONGER!

I do not recommend this Minute clinic as they don't fallow the appointment schedule. They are also don't clean anything. Also it way too expensive if u don't have healthcare.

Pharmacy worker (one in particular) is awful. Her name is (the highest symbol in a deck of cards)... miserable unhappy worker and she takes it out on customers. It's an unprofessional atmosphere ... Tanya is great! The Pharmacist was lovely but this morning an altercation occurred and he backed this rude worker. I like the convenience because l live in The Hills ... but l think that l will try elsewhere.

If I could give this store a zero I would. Tatian the pharmacist or pharmacist tech, is the rudest individual I have ever met. After several years of using this pharmacy, yesterday will be the last. She is hateful to everyone she meets and always has been. My daughter was very ill and dropped prescription at window, she asked if I could pick it up. I went through drive thru, Leila the other assistant was working window. When she gave me prescription it was much more than my daughter had paid before, for the same prescription. So I asked if she ran it through her insurance, she said yes. I explained that it was almost double what she paid before. I then asked if she could run through RX drug discount? All the sudden, Tatian was yelling at the window what's the problem. I explained situation to Tatian, she said, we don't have time for this, she had been working 13 hours and just didn't have time. I said, ok then I need paper prescription back , that daughter would try a different pharmacy, because the cost was extremely higher than a previous purchase for the same prescription. She yelled I don't have time for this, I have been working 13 hours, there are other people waiting and I am getting very agitated with you? I had literally been at window all of a 3 minute conversation and there was 1 car behind me. I had waited my turn in line, all I was asking for, was the paper prescription to be returned. I explained my daughter was very sick and I needed to try and find this at the correct rate it suppose to be charged. She yelled , again we file them so you will have to wait awhile. I explained it was turned in less than hour ago? It couldn't be that hard to find. She yelled go around and you will have to come in the store, then slammed the window in my face? Well, that was exactly what I did. We got into argument when I came in, she then gets on the microphone over the entire store and yells David, I am leaving, David comes from back, she yells at him then takes her purse and storms out! David comes from the back, he is frazzled as I am sure he is not understanding what's going on. She yells at him before storming off about what I need? Seriously a melt down for trying to find the original paper prescription? David walked straight to the counter, Low and behold there it was! All I could think of is the amount of elderly people she has done this to. She needs to be fired! Filling prescriptions and answering questions about cost and maintaining those prescriptions is her JOB. Never go to this pharmacy as you can see in reviews this is a common practice from Tatian, she has been working at this pharmacy for a long time. After all was said and done, my daughter ended up just paying the inflated price, as she needed medicine immediately. When checking out with Leila, I asked what Tatians name was. Leila apologized and said, they are short staffed and everyone was working long hours. I said, that is no excuse to treat people horribly. Absolutely no excuse! As I was walking out a man with a disability said, I just want to Thank you. She had slammed a window in his face when he came to pick up a prescription 3 minutes before closing and said, we are closed! Does she not understand she is dealing with sick people that need there medications? He said, he just didn't have the nerve to confront her, and told me thank you for doing that. That is just sad.....she needs to reported.

It's right by my work. So it's pretty convenient, since I practically live at work. I had a return to make. The gentleman behind the counter took my item, worked his magic. And I was refunded quick and easy no questions asked. Store looks like it's being moved around. A lot of empty shelves. Or maybe they've just been super low on products and they are filling shelves. Either way, boxes and bins around on the floor and naked shelves. Hope they are doing okay.

The store is dirty, containers stacked high and boxes everywhere, candy bar boxes dumped with candy bars laying on the floor, shelves not stocked, the front register person didn't show up for at least 5 minutes while waiting. There was a new gal there who was very sweet and helpful but brand new and needed the manager, who was busy, in order to answer all my questions on how to develop camera rolls.

They always have my favorite snacks & must haves in stock & the staff are always friendly. Love the option for self check out- it always makes my trips faster.

Extremely rude female pharmacist. Must have been having a bad day. No reason to take it out on your customers. Hope you can figure out what is making you so miserable and fix it.

Not good service if you are heading to CVS Pharmacy for medications. We lost our home in the winter storm and in the interim were staying in Lakeway. I did the drive thru because I had a 1 week old baby in the car and was not going to take her in. The woman seemed extremely unhappy to even have to speak to anyone or do her job, I felt as if I was bothering her. I had the prescription called in the day before and it took an entire day for it to be ready, when I arrived she said it would take 25 minutes to get insurance put in to the system (the med was for my newborn so she wasn't in the system yet) .. My 18 month son is on over 30 different meds so I am a frequent flyer when it comes to pharmacies and it typically takes about 5 min to get insurance input... She said I had to either wait in the car or come in around 20 minutes... My baby was screaming.. so I pulled around and waited in the parking lot. Go back in 20 minutes: she still had not input any information in to the system and then I had to wait another 15 min in my car. Not acceptable, there are luckily many other pharmacies to go to, so I would absolutely try to steer clear of this one when it comes to getting medications filled.

Wow After waiting an hour for the pharmacy to open, some staff showed up late but didn't have a key to get into their own area because the only Pharmacist with a key called in sick. Pretty damn disorganized IMO. So went to Randall's across the street (both are supposed to open 9am Saturdays) where I found the pharm fully staffed and waiting to serve the public. (They) will get the 5 star review!

If i could give them a 0 I would. They never have inventory of any medicine. They give you run around as to when it will be available. They dont answer their phones, if they do they hang up on you after being on hold for 50 minutes. Change your personnel, they're not doing their jobs.

I went here for a Covid test as a precaution. I was shocked at how rude the greeter person at the drive-up window was. Probably the most rude person I have ever encountered at any CVS or pharmacy anywhere ever. Maybe they were having a bad day, but they were beyond rude and dismissive and getting angry for no real reason. I will never go to this CVS again and will definitely not recommend the pharmacy here to anyone for sure.
