I spent 35 minutes trying to make an appointment to not have an appointment this is So bullcrap Waste of time I knew I shouldn't have asked my doctor to make it easy for me and go to one that's just a mile away from my house I should've went all the way in town that would have been a better experience.

First, while they accept walk in appts, I wouldn't recommend it. We waited 1.5 hours to be seen. One tech was extremely sweet. The other walked around bragging about how she doesn't need to be covid vaccinated. Rude woman. Very unprofessional behavior. Not gentle taking blood. A bit disorganized. Make an appt instead and bring a book and don't expect much.

It isn't always the best to go as a walk-in as the wait times could be long. It is a really small lobby and can't accomodate many people with social distancing protocols. But Betty is very efficient and def good with the blood draws. Most times I feel nothing.

Very difficult to get through to speak to a person. Everything is automated and on one call I tried to make the recording says the mailbox is full for the Lakeway Tx location. Customer service is horrible they could not verify appt without a code .....that I have not received from them. The customer service guy said that he could not look up or confirm my appt. ???? His quote was " that is just how it is".

Extremely Frustrating!Calling this location is all automated and hangs unexpectedly. Extremely unprofessional and lacking the basics in customer service. I would have given it zero stars if I could have.

I realize times are tough right now and I have empathy for people's stress but the service here today was so grouchy, I felt like a huge inconvenience just for coming into the office. I walked out without getting my lab work done.

If you are having trouble finding it, it's inside the Randalls. Very frustrating that nothing on their website or their highly automated system states this!

Clean facility, convenient and quick even as a walk-in, but be aware that appointments go first no matter how long you've been waiting. The staff were friendly and professional. Some of my tests were uncommon but the practitioner quickly figured out what needed to be done and with a smile. I recommend using this facility.

Have used this lab many times with excellent service, HOWEVER it is impossible to contact the office if you experience a problem, such as incomplete test results. Customer non service Robo answer with no option to actually speak to a person.

The staff was great. I tried to get my lab results and the online process was very timely and user UNFRIENDLY! It would not let me log in. There was a chat box that was a robot that could not understand or help me. Tried calling Quest and their was only automated options! I will never use Quest again!

I love this place, I have never had to wait to long, they are quick and proficient. I have been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience. They are great phlebotomist, never a bruise. All the staff members have been great! If you had a bad experience, give them another chance.
