It’s a wonderful Pharmacy, with nice knowledgeable people, they fill prescriptions and they also can give you the Covid and flu injections on Location, they have a drive up window ,also a separate room for your injections. Always nice polite respectful service, I believe the best pharmacy in the area. I’m in my 70s I know about ordering medication‘s. Great staff.

I have been using Randalls pharmacy in Lakeway for some time now. Every single time I have had any questions or needed a prescription filled quickly, they have been great! I would like to give a shout out to Dom... He is always very kind and makes my day a better day every time he has helped me... A special thanks to Dom and the rest of the staff there for making me want to come back and continue using this great pharmacy! I highly recommend it!

Excellent Pharmacy. We have used Randall’s Lakeway Pharmacy for Prescriptions and Shots for many years. This Pharmacy is responsive, dependable and has excellent customer service.

Excellent service! I've never had to wait long for a Rx or shot. Use the drive-thru & opt in for text messages. East refills! SO MUCH BETTER than the congested, overstaffed, but no one is helping you or acknowledging that you're standing there.... heb.

I love my local Randalls, they are very friendly and store is always clean. I also love their pharmacy all staff is friendly. I honestly get that small town feeling where everyone knows everyone. I come here twice a week!!

This Pharmacy is always being a nightmare. Tried to transfer a prescription. Went to pick it up the next day, not ready, not even transferred. When transferred, oh! they don't have the medicine. Come back Monday it will be ready in the morning. Called, not ready, give us an hour. 2 hours later not only was not ready, they did not want to accept the price we had in Good RX and that was confirm the Friday before the weekend. My husband called me fuming and said WE WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PHARMACY OF THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!! And he is right. I have always had problems with them on prices, quality and the Pharmacy service worst of all. Don't waist your time or money on the Pharmacy. The employees they have are the worst.!!! including the pharmacists.

Yesterday I was in the Lakeway Randall's and had one of those terrific shopping experiences that I just had to comment on. I was at the meat market and the meat mkt. manager asked how he could help me. I had a custom cut request that most supermarket meat cutters would not want to handle. This manager told me that it was no problem and made sure that my ribeye purchase was exactly what I wanted. This was 5 star customer service !

The staff are extremely rude, not helpful and roll their eyes when you ask a question. We waited for 10 min in the meat market for someone to show up. I get times a crazy - but really??

The little store that could. Prices are online or cheaper than H‑E‑B. The store is even more organized once you figure it out and it doesn't change like H‑E‑B in an effort to get you to shop high priced items. Only thing they need to do is speed up their check out. Then they would be a 5 star grocery store.
