I've used Square Cow at least half a dozen times over the years and they never disappoint! The crews they send are always polite and professional. They never complain regardless of weather, stairs, heavy items, etc.I just can't say enough about how great the service is. I'm definitely a customer for life! Thank you Square Cow for all you do!

I would like to take some time to express my appreciation for this company. The employees are very nice and thoughtful, they took care of all my items including including the front door by covering it with their moving blankets. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family for moving services.

Move was good but William the mover was very unprofessional. Asked my age and if I had a boyfriend. After saying yes I have a boyfriend about 5 minutes later he preceded to ask if I was sure that I had a boyfriend I said yes again more frustrated. As they were assembling my bed frame they were talking about having intercourse with other women. Then again as the move is over and I am paying I was told by William “really unfortunate you have a boyfriend we should hang out sometime what’s your number” frustrated I told him to stop asking. And finally as he was leaving said “have a good one Madie” in a flirtatious tone. This is super unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable

Clowns didn't try to contact me. I would definitely stay away from this business Goto bbb.org and look up the number of complaints and how the company does not do anything reasonable to pay for damages. They also make you sign a waiver when you want to file a claim, but you need to accept their 60 cents per pound damage claim amount. So they can do whatever you want to your house and things without recourse. Run away.

After a horrible moving experience with a moving company to move to Austin, the bar was pretty low to go from our Austin apartment to new home. However, these guys delivered, they were careful, kept the energy up all day and aimed to please. The started on time and finished on time, extremely polite and willing to please without any attitudes all the way to when it got tough toward the end. Best moving experience to date.

They were able to get me on the calendar on short notice. The staff are very efficient and experienced and handled the items I wanted.I only do 4 stars instead of 5 because they lost the screws to part of my desk which was a bummer. I was able to improvise with other screws to re-assemble it but still the desk is now a little wobbly as it's missing a few screws and I don't know what type of screw to order new ones.Overall I'm happy with the service and would use them again given that they were straightforward and didn't have any major issues. The movers were very efficient and it went fast and didn't take more than the required minimum 3 hours so the charges were reasonable. I haven't hired movers before so I don't know how good value they are vs. their competitors but the I personally feel like I got my $$ worth (minus some $0.50 screws).

I booked this move from Los Angeles, CA. Relocating back home to Austin. I was told I would get 2movers and a truck. Kiss of death. Get more done with 3 movers. The guy driving the truck was doing all the work. The extra team member was useless, he was slow and could not think on his own. It was like he was daydreaming. He was complaining about how the movers in LA paced the truck. I had some things going to my apt and some going to storage. I told them I had a 23 foot truck and they only sent 1 man because the other one was not here. He should not be working as a mover all he did was complain until I told him how much I was paying for him to do his job. Ridiculous. He should be fired. He costs me more money than I should be paying. Slow Slow Slow. Will not use or recommend. Towards the end the LAZY one asked me if I wanted to grab some of the smaller things to move things along. What am I paying you for?

Super disappointed. This company came highly recommended by our neighbors. We arranged our schedule based on the email that was sent to us and that was also discussed on the phone. We were quoted a time of services between 2pm to 7pm. This is our moving day and we are left without movers because we receive a phone call advising us that the movers wanted to come now, early, at 11am. We are not available for the movers to come since we had arranged our schedule to be available in the afternoon. The Square Cow associate who contacted us claimed that we committed to a different time even though it is clearly stated in our email (see attachment). The man basically stated that he didn't believe us and blamed us for the time discrepancy. The proof is black and white here. Now we are scrambling to find a moving company to help us. I would suggest finding a more reliable company who will also be professional during conflicts that come up and that will make you feel valued and not try to put blame when the proof is clear.

I reached out to Sqaure Cow movers at the end of last week and they were able to fit me in and help me in a pinch. The guys they sent out were absolutely awesome! They were accommodating, every answer was yes sir or no sir and their willingness to help was refreshing. If I could give them six stars I would. The pricing is right where it needs to be in the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and refer them to any of my friends.

I had to do two moves within a couple weeks of each other. I had to have my things moved to a storage unit in another city, three units were needed. The lead, Kendall Jackson, was careful to show me my garage tools and tool boxes and anything that couldn't be boxes were going on the truck. padding with care. I was so comfortable that my belongings were in good hands with Kendall and his crew. Everything was handled carefully I was so pleased. You could tell the crew had tremendous respect for their lead's and work ethic. I had rented three storage units, to the tune of $1,000/month to for everything. Kendall perused everything, thought a bit after looking at my belongings and said I wouldn't need the third unit, guaranteed. He made certain any items that couldn't be boxed were shown to me and pointed out in the storage units. Kendall was careful to place items so everything got into two units. Everything was carefully placed. These guys were amazing. I left feeling so confident I made a good choice. He toured me around the inside of the truck to make certain nothing was left behind. I don't have expensive belongings but many sentimental items and what I do have we worked hard for. Everything was intact, no damages. Side note: i locked my keys in my car. Kendal said not to worry, he'd handle it. He called the dealership while another crew member called my insurance company to arrange the same. They took care of the whole affair of getting a locksmith to come out. They reassured me that would not leave until they knew I was safely back in my car and on my way home. They could have left at 2pm but waited two hours until a locksmith came and opened my car. I was at ease when it was time to load uo to mive to my new residence my two to my new residence. These people were and courteous but movung7 too fast. One guy Kelly throwing up in my sink and yard. Heavy things were placed into fragile boxes and stacked so high I couldn't reach them. It seemed they wanted to finish fast and - the condition of a lot of my furniture confirmed it. There s damaged furniture and ALK my tools, bixes and equipment were missing. Items were found broken and in the nearby bushes. I want offered to tour the truck. I was left with unusable dining tables and boxes higher than I could reach - I'm only 5ft all. One employee insisted I call to help me final the work for a fee. . I was told I could only claim 60¢ a pound and may be asked for receipts! Who keeps all the receipts for these things! It's been two months and I haven't heard from the "claims department". I'll never use them again, recommend them and am considering small claims court. If I hadn't to move again (gosh I so hope not) , I going to spend the extra money the liberty to hire Bekins, Allied or some other national company that inventory everything. I'm being ignored now. I expected such. Frankly, I think the 5 star ratings and flurry of love for the company are bogus. I've talked to a couple of employees from the first move and they they've left because of these very things. Beware. Their prices are good but there's a little info thrown in quietly mention they can add extra fees for different things. A scam. I'll never get my things back My review isn't meant to be spiteful, just factual.

My movers were outstanding and took better care of my items than I would have. They were able to accommodate a last minute move and knocked it out quickly.

Waste of money. -Movers took almost an hour to drive the 13 minute trip to our house. The clock starts when they leave the home office. I had to fight to get money back on the extra 30 minutes ($200) they spent driving who knows where (McDonalds?). -Lots of damage to furniture and damage to my new house too. -Got called a J*ck*ass behind my back by one of the movers because he did not like how high I had stacked some boxes. Actually made me chuckle, but not very professional. -Placed a claim for over 4K in damages and received $200 because they pay 60 cents per pound no matter what the value of the damaged piece. -Crew was slow and took lots of phone breaks. They charge $400/hr and don't hustle. My advice: -Pack your possessions into bins/boxes and put them in a pod. -Send pod to your new home. -Sell your old furniture. -Take the money from selling old furniture along with money you would have paid movers (to move and destroy your old furniture) and use it to have new furniture delivered to your new house. This will cost a little more, but you will have all new stuff instead of spending 4K to be left with old/broken furniture. There is more, but you don't need to hear the drawn out details. Just know if you hire this company you might not be satisfied. You might even feel a bit taken advantage of. Good luck.

I booked square cow movers for my 5th move of this year - moving had been an extremely stressful process that I dreaded, but my experience with these movers was completely different! They were so kind and helpful, and understanding when I had to get a key problem sorted - I just wish I'd booked them for my other moves! If I could get six stars I would! I'll definitely book them again next time.

The movers themself were very nice. They worked really fast (up until the piano)and nothing was broken. On the down side . The sales person never returned any of our calls, even though she said she would be available to us. If you are moving a piano these aren't the guys. We became really concerned when they had no idea how to take it apart. Then they had no idea how to put it back the way they took it apart. They sent a second crew to try and fix it, we thought it was fixed until my husband tried playing it that night. We will pay the extra money to have a professional fix it. It is to valuable to have them say they know what their doing , when they don't. A football of personal value went missing. The drivers insisted they put it in the garage. We spent two days looking for it in the garage. It was found as I was doing gardening in the middle of a bush in the yard. Never again!
